Review Pizza Hut - Blacktown

I always eat here when I go into Westpoint. They always make your pizza fresh so it’s nice and hot when you eat it. It’s worth the wait. A lot of other pizza shops around this area should take lessions off them

Always come here for lunch when in Westpoint. Always great value and piping hot pizza too. Lady serving us today between 1 and 130pm was friendly and very efficient. She was on her own and handled the lines and orders professionally. Never had any issues here. Will be back.

I really like this place, came here all the time however my visits have lessen due to specific experiences. Its quick , convenient and fresh, which is best for me when I've only got 10minutes to order, eat and head back to work. The size is perfect for me and the suggested waiting time is usually on point for me. The cost of meal is reasonable if not that, a good deal! Hershey Cookies are always delightful. The mousse is always cold, spoons to go with. The drinks are always stocked. Bags available for convenience for on the move. I would suggest this place if your looking for a quick , brief greasy meal. Vegetarian is an optional at this counter. Two bad experiences relating to service. One day, I ordered a meal and an individual item. However the cashier thought not to bother with my individual item and waited to tell me when I got my meal that she didn't put it in your order because it was not part of the meal deal. I said I know that, I wanted it as an extra and she just gave me attitude then after and didn't want to hear anything. I walked off and then she was arguing with someone else about the same thing. I didn't deserve that I wasn't in the wrong, nor did I give any hint of annoyance. She could of just ask from the beginning, clarification if I knew that the individual item is not part of the deal, like a good customer service officer would. The second one was I ordered a pizza and a drink, I was served after 6 people who were after me in the line because she forgot about my order made me late getting back to work and hungry as it took my lunch time. I'd like to declare, these two experience were the cause of two irregular young staff members. I've never had a bad experience with the regular mid-aged lady, the usual female personnel, the usual gentleman or the young man. I've always had exceptional service from them. Thanks to the regular I usually greatly enjoy my time here. Near by: Seating area (Emergency) Exit ATM Bus stops , entry around corner. Elevator (Disability Access to level) and Escalators. Toilets not so far.

While the food was as good as any other pizza hut which I like, I seen someone wait 25 minutes for their food after the PH employee said sorry we forgot. Last time we came here they forgot part of our order too.

Order was ready for pickup on arrival! Pizza was still hot! :) Happy camper here! Just wish they can deliver to Elara area (Marsden Park)...

Loved their wings combo n hersheys pizza cookie...a little waiting time but is lot less then Dominos and pizzas are fresh and base is also good. Good place for snacking.

Very bad experience I love pizza from pizza hit but here the staff they dont know how to deal with customers I really came here 3. 4 times and asked to pit less chees on pizza but the staff members start to looking each other And laughing That was really a bad experience Manager should focus on staffs activities and traind them better so that they can make a good relationship With customers A customer is the most important visitor on premises. He/she is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him/her. He/she is not an interruption to our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. I went there today 19/10/2019 around 4pm to 5pm I am surprised by their poor customer service there are two girls the one on the counter was too rude I was confused on what to order rather than helping me she is showing her attitude, while I was waiting for almost 5 to 10 mins she told me what I order I told her I order two sets she said no u order one sets I show her the transactions on my phone that she charges for two sets of pizza instead of saying sorry the other girl told me do you wanna wait for pizza or want to take ur money back 😳 m scared that these two girls might gonna ruin the name of the business will never go there and not gonna recommend to anyone.
