Not consistent with their food quality and poorly packaged food. Hot chickens are usually cooked well and are tasty though. My husband had a medium AB pack last week and there was paper on the bottom that became soggy from the chips and sauce and he couldn't pick any of the food up without the soggy

We love Botanic Chickens. Good chips and good menu with lots of options. Only negative I’d say was we had a hot dog recently and it was pretty “meh”. Other than that we’ve never had a bad experience.

I went there 2 days ago for 1/4 chicken and chips (1155am ) and the chicken was yesterday's Chicken '' hard and warm " and definitely not fresh (they tried to hid it by putting gravy) on it confirmed be my son who is a chef , Rubbish .

Great take away food. But didn't get what I asked for with having the sauce on the side and not on the meal. Friendly staff. Need to be more careful with orders and what a customer asks for in how they would like there meal.
