Best Asian take away in Blackwood. Perfect for ordering lots of dishes and sharing with friends. The prawn toast, salt and pepper squid and combination fried rice are favourites.
Quality by numbers and the engaged tone. I'll put this quite simply; the BEST Thai Restaurant in Adelaide and its in my back yard! - awesome. Restaurant is always packed and if you want Take away, 80% of the time you get the engaged tone first, so that's telling you they are super busy with lines tied up.
Poster "Stirling" what are "Spring Roles"? I've never seen them
On the menu! I have however had "Spring Rolls" and they've always been golden and delicious with a delicious plum dipping sauce!

and I'm Australian, I don't tell Thai people how to cook there native food which is probably already changed slighty to stop us westerners complaining "it's too hot" , "it's too unusual" so don't tell them how there food is meant to be cooked! They do know what they are doing.
Serving sizes are of standard for the take away industry, maybe even a little more generous.
And as far as price goes, you live in Blackwood or the surrounding area, you are on at least $130K a year, plus super, car and card! put the measly $75 on the corporate platinum and get over it. Your wife spends more on shoes each week.
Aroy Thai is the best restaurant in Blackwood. The food is always delicious and the staff are very friendly. I really enjoy dining in but take-away is equally as yummy. My favorite items from the menu are spring rolls, beef with basil, chii and cashew nuts, pandan chicken and laksa. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Best Thai out of the CBD!. I LOVE Aroy Thai! I have been eating here for as long as I can remember! The food is always consistent, fresh and delicious! The staff are lovely, they even know its me by the sound of my voice when I call up to order take away! Now that is great customer service! I highly recommend this place for dine in or take away!
The first time I got takeaway from this restaurant I wasn't impressed (mostly because I was comparing it to my all time favourite Thai restaurant). However I went back a week ago and both my partner and I were pleasantly surprised. Our meals were amazingly delicious, a good size and a good price. The service was great and the restaurant was nice and quaint without being squashy. My partner and I were very pleased and will be going here again without a doubt!

Very nice! Nice people nice food. Take away menu is cheap. If you are a chilli freak, I found their "mild" to be very mild, so maybe go hot or grab the fresh chilli for $1 and add to taste. Recommend

We really enjoyed our experience at Aroy Thai. The entrees were tasty, the Pad Thai and green curry were fresh and flavoursome. The dessert menu was surprisingly good, given we have not usually expected this from Thai restaurants in the past. Combine this with great service and affordable prices, and we will definitely be back again.
We had a wonderful celebration of three birthdays at Aroy Thai Blackwood last week. The staff looked after our group promptly and we were made to feel very welcome. Our meal, a banquet was excellent and served promptly - a great night. We all agreed we would be returning again soon. Well done Cynthia and staff.
Always the best fresh food. Their Pad Thai is not traditional but still yummy..... Their salt and pepper squid is sensational! I've been going there for about 10+ years and NEVER had a bad meal
First time here. Green curry dish, gaeng-kheo wann had right amount of 'heat' and flavour. Pad king gai, excellent flavour. Accompanying rice dish was good. Not over oily. Great food for the price. Very friendly staff.

AROY THAI is my favorite thai restaurant. My only suggestion would be a better location on main road in Blackwood to showcase the restaurant as the Current location is a bit disjointed. The outside does nothing to give you the opportunity to appreciate the lovely restaurant - having said that the decor is authentic & lovely. Have been regular customers since they opened.
