The food was excellent! Hot, fresh, served quickly. The customer service was surprisingly friendly and helpful. Vilis always has delicious food but the experience was great on top of that, so will be back again to try some other items off the very large menu.

This mess is supposed to be a baked potato with sour cream and cheese. It took 50 mins to come out and was wrong twice. This is the second time we’ve had a meal here and it’s taken over 45 mins to come out, considering there was less than 12 people seated.
Had a snitty and chips snitty was nice chips were hard and just luke warm I am pretty sure they had been chucked in the fryer several times they should never have been served. Was not that helpful when serving us either. Might return if I want a cake but would never order hot food again here origina

For the first time my dad let me order Uber Eats tonight. When I picked up the bag after it had been delivered I was soooo excited. They had put such an effort into this delivery. They gave my dad and I an extra donut 🍩 as well as added fun little designs onto the bag.

Poor customer service by skinny short male. Very rude and unprofessional. Probably works as manager but doesn’t have any manners. He should be trained again and need to work on his customer service. Mile end staff are way better and he should be trained by one of the mile end staff actually.
