Delicious food and attentive staff! Thanks guys (:
We ordered fritter for life and magic mushrooms, both were so delicious. Great service
Popped in for a weak latte. Best in the junction. Thank you. Went back to tell them. people always like to be appreciated. Staff were friendly too. What a bonus
My parter was in charge of choosing a brunch place this time and he certainly didn’t disappoint. This cute little cafe has some interesting and delicious dishes. We ordered The Dark Side and the Chilli Scram where I also added haloumi on the side which paired really nicely and gave it more texture. The dishes weren’t too heavy and it was full of flavour and the service was great! Definitely coming back!
Holly Bondi is a simplistic cafe located about a minute walk from Bondi Junction Westfield. All of their dishes are very well presented, delicious and extremely healthy which is definitely a bonus. We tried the Fritters For Life, Magic Mushroom and The Dark Side accompanied by an iced latte to finish off the amazing spread. I would definitely recommend trying out this place!
Holly Bondi blew my expectations with their incredible latte art, balanced breakfast dishes, yummy smoothies and warm hospitality! It brings all the things a modern cafe should - delicious food and even better aesthetics! I will definitely be back to check out more of their gorgeous menu 😋😋😋😋😋 swipe through to see: main dish is Holly oats with a perfectly poached pear and the Dark side with the creamiest of pumpkin hummus - sooo well balanced 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾😋😋😋
My work colleagues and I decided to come here for lunch and catch up. It’s not too far from work and we all enjoyed the food here and decided we need another trip back.
We decided to sit outside as it was an nice day and the staff was quick to come around with our menus and water for the table.
I had their chilli scram which came with a tasty romesco sauce on the side. Another colleague wanted their holy double cheese burger which was a huge tower which looked great with beer batter chips on the side.
I also ordered their beer batter fries to share with another, for who can resist beer battered chips!
I need to swing by here on the way to work to try their coffee and their banana bread next time.
I love a good avo toast and this was no exception! With a side of bacon and egg, accompanied with a cold pressed juice. The perfect way to spend the weekend
Located conveniently at Bondi Junction, this cute cafe on the corner of Oxford St. and Holly St. is a great alternative to brunch places located inside the malls with its friendly neighbourhood cafe vibes. We stopped here on a sunny Saturday morning as we were on our way to a shopping trip at the nearby Westfield, and it was a great start to our weekend. We had the:
1. Watermelon, mint and apple juice - I only tried one of their fresh pressed juice, and it did not disappoint. This combination intuitively works but I was still surprised at how refreshing it is. The natural flavours blended well together and it was easy to drink without being excessively sweet. Definitely recommend on a summer’s day or post-workout.
2. Chilli Scram - scrambled eggs with fresh chilli, oyster mushrooms, kale, and chilli flakes on sourdough toast. Such a simple and classic combination yet always so satisfying. The sourdough was a little hard to bite into, but I loved the taste of the scram and the chilli added an extra zest to it.
3. Smoked Salmon - this came with beetroot eggs which gave the eggs a dark pink ring around the surface. The flavours of the beetroot and the egg didn’t necessarily marry very well together, but the smoked salmon was still quite good.
4. Banana bread - OMG their banana bread is to die for. It is actually the best banana bread I’ve had. We ordered this on a whim as we were not 100% full, and we were so glad we did. The banana bread is just the right amount of spongy and buttery. If I worked nearby, I would actually just come here and get the banana bread for my coffee / pastry break. It will most likely brighten up the rest of your day.
Overall solid food that is not standout but still satisfying, cosy ambiance where the locals seem to chill at, with the added benefit of being at a convenient location that makes it an easy stop.
What a nice lunch at Holly Cafe. Trying the charcoal smoothies was really good and also i really love their poked salmon!! but unfortunately, the location a bit far from station so maybe people can’t reach the cafe easily😂😂
Holy moly can we just give Holly Bondi 3 Michelin stars right now please?
I visited this morning all on my lonesome so admittedly was a little bit nervous about this shoot. Luckily the girls there were so lovely and were really accommodating even during the morning rush.
Call me a greedy guts but I couldn't help but order three dishes - Holly Oats ($16), Fritters for Life ($19) and Smoke the Salmon ($19) - as well as the Charcoal Nut Smoothie ($10) and Pure Honey Matcha Latte ($4.50).
I'm not one to swear but holy f*** the oats were amazing! The overnight oats, walnut crumble and fresh fruit were divine and I could've sat there all day just eating spoonful after spoonful. Not only does the plate look amazing but you definitely get your money's worth given the generous portion.
The fritters had an interesting taste and I definitely did not feel guilty gobbling them down. Surprisingly the green chilli yoghurt wasn't spicy at all and helped mellow the heavier flavours from the bacon and poached eggs. Also, because you get two poached eggs, it's double the egg porn which is always a plus!
Smoke the Salmon was a bit of a different dish to the typical sourdough toast combo. Served with pickled beetroot eggs, labneh, cucumber and mint salad, and red wine dressing, this is definitely one to try for the novelty. My favourite part of the dish was the pink eggs. They looked incredible on the plate, were cooked to perfection, and had a sweet rather than eggy taste because of the pickling which I found incredibly innovative.
The Charcoal Nut was a beautiful dark grey colour and the red from the goji berries and beige from the cashews atop really popped against the grey. The drink was rich and creamy with a distinct banana flavour. I really enjoyed the drink and even though it is quite pricey for a smoothie, I think it is well worth the cost.
The Pure Honey Matcha Latte was a charming little drink with a beautiful pale olive shade. I am a big fan of matcha and love that it is getting the recognition it deserves in Australian restaurants and cafés now. The drink had a nice flavour however the matcha was a little overwhelming for my palate. If the matcha was toned down, I think this drink would be a great crowd pleaser.
Holly Café in Bondi has only just opened up but I can see no other path for them but straight to the top. The food, ambience and customer service are unparalleled and I am keen to see how the public respond to their presence in the near future.
My thanks to CPM and Holly Café for the invite and hospitality.

Easily the best place in Bondi Junction. Consistently great coffee, food and service. Superb presentation of dishes for those who like to post pics. Real value for money.
One of my favourite places for a long time.
Really tasty interesting dishes and silky smooth coffee served by really friendly and professional staff. 10/10
10/10 the best B&E in Bondi junction by far
Acidity of the slaw and the pickles 👌exceptional. Very heavy, only meal you need all day but real good
Banging!
We really enjoyed our food at Holly - portions were generous, food was hot and fresh.
Had the beef burger (delicious) and my friend had the mushroom dish (she is obsessed with how good it was).
Would definitely recommend, only slightly negative was that we felt a bit rushed to leave as they started packing up everything about 40 mins before it was due to close.
Finally a great coffee in Bondi Junction 🙌🏻 Clear and fresh decor with creative menu, you now have my heart! I ordered the Dark side and Charcoal but for drink! Soooo much food, omg! Everything was super tasty and aesthetically appealing 💜 Not only instagrammable but eating is worthy too!
Parked outside of too. I've eaten there before. Nice atmosphere especially looking at the Big man in black with his Minature Toy Poodle...so cute 😍!!
