Review Roll'd - Bondi Junction

Had the bun noodle salad takeaway and it was terrible! There wasn’t a song left herb on it, just some soggy brown lettuce, carrots and cucumber. No flavour at all. The tofu was like plastic. The 1 star is for the nice server, otherwise it was awful.

Purchased a pork belly bun. Waited for 15 min to get it even though told it would take 10 min. Just was left standing there without explanation or time when it was meant to come. The bun cost $9.50 which is a rip off as it was not edible. The pork belly was extremely dry and tasteless and some of it was impossible to eat. There was not much in it of anything, just a bun and a couple of veggies. Definitely not worth the money and also inedible meat. I would have given it zero stars if I could write a review like that.

Messy table although I had sat there but still, when my food came out like 2 minutes then they cleaned it, didnt feel welcome, good Pho tho, please adjust the amount of chili you put into someone’s food (especially Pho) when they requested for SOME chili, it was fair spicy that I left the whole broth

dear rolled bondi junction i am very angry with the way i was treated this friday, an incredibly rude server with blonde hair interuppted me mid order to tell me to order a drink despite already saying no previsoly. She then snappily said ok and puts my food into boxes . other than that it was a ok experince food was good but dry and srevrwas nice when not inturupting me. Thanks a somewhat loyal customer

Seriously the worse slowest service, every time I go there I think it’s going to be different, this is definitely the last time I’ll be going.. the Bahn mi roll was stale and probably the worse I’ve ever had, there were so many staff members which I didn’t understand, badly managed!

Had their rare beef pho. Compared to ones I have had in Marrickville and Cabramatta, unfortunately, have to give them 3 stars.

5 star taste, 2 star portion sizes, 1 star pricing. Head out to western Sydney for the real deal and half the price

I used to love Roll'ed until I ordered from them on Door Dash yesterday. I ordered a vegan pho bowl from Westfield Bondi Junction and requested to replace pho noodles and tofu with more shitaki and enoki mushrooms. Instead they wrote a note on the delivery bag saying sorry we ran out of enoki mushrooms and put more shitaki mushrooms. There was no shitaki mushrooms only some soup, bean sprouts and 2 small bunch of enoki mushrooms and 2 sauces. The bowl only filled just above halfway to the bowl. So disappointing. I already left a negative review on Door Dash for them to read. They should at least called me or put more enoki mushrooms, beansprouts and soup. It doesn't cost much for a basic meal. I feel so ripped off paying $16 for this which should have been $6. You lost me as a customer and you won't get any referrals from me.
