Review Starbucks - Bondi Junction

I found service very quick and efficient, much better than other Starbucks I have been to. Small but cozy space.

Teribble customer service although i understand busy time for them but the barista was not speak in the right manner also i have ordered 1/2 full milk but the person who took order wrote it gull milk.they need to be trained to provide good service and the way speak to customers.

Every time I went there have good experience staff are nice EXCEPT today. The attitude of the staff at the counter like he doesn’t want to be there. The whole experience without saying any please or thank you do not feel welcoming at all. Ordering a mocha want to come with an panini for a deal. The staff ask me just grab one from the fridge which I’m confused don’t know if that include in the deal. Only after I grab the sandwich hand it to him then he told me the deal can’t go with mocha I ordered earlier. Well you could have told me before you ask me grab the sandwich only found out the order I order not included. After purchase he just say down at the end mean that my coffee pick up there. No please or thank you during the whole process. He just doesn’t seems he want to work there he don’t care.

I just ordered a baby chino for my 2yo daughter Got it really super hot so I asked if I could have another one just warm. The lady just gave me cold milk in a cup. So I asked her colleague if he could at least warm it up. He insulted me and when I asked his name he said “go for it I am waiting for the complain”. That is just so unprofessional and def not a service customer focused. Starbucks is not what it used to be. Very disappointed. [Order processed the 22/05/22 at 10:10]

Tried something new - white choc frappuccino no caffeine on oat milk with blueberry syrup. Serving staff perfectly fine. Clean store, not super busy at the time and close to an entry.

Would give zero stars if I could. Usually visit the store regularly with my partner and get our coffees done by our favourite barista with impeccable service. However visited the coffee shop this afternoon and it was a different barista I did not recognise. Ignores customer, unprofessional and thinks he’s above us. He was inattentive, speaking to his colleagues midway thru conversation.What turned me away the most was hearing him rudely speaking to two ladies before me, denying them of a request that was completely fair and reasonable. For a chocolate drizzle on the Java chip frappe that supposedly comes with it. Not the first time I’ve heard of negative reviews regarding this barista. He smugly tells customers to leave a bad review if they aren’t happy. Disappointing service.

Went to get coffees with a friend and the barista , dude with curly hair was super rude and unprofessional to her. Insisting she had to pay more for a chocolate drizzle that comes with the drink. Always get coffees for my whole team from here but not sure if that will be happening anymore

Coffee good and good location. Close to bus and train station. Not impressed with customer service. Took 3 ppl to serve 1 customer while I was on short break and just now girl at cashier wasn’t trying hard to hide her phone behind the computer. Texting away even while my payment going through
