Ordered: woodfire bread ($11), nduja ($8), burrata ($8), prawn casarecce ($29) and spatchcock ($35). I thought every dish was executed really well- standouts were the spatchcock and the nduja for me. I would happily order everything again.
Stunning location and phenomenal food! Totti’s did deliver and I could not fault anything we ordered. There were a few highlights though - the bread was baked fresh and was the perfect vessel to hold all the antipasto dishes (Nduja was my favourite) it was not too soft as crisp.
I also enjoyed the Ragu pappardelle, the sauce was delicious - not too salty and the flavour was on point. It’s not something I typically order as it can be quite simple sometimes but wow I was really happy we did order it.
The atmosphere is quite relaxed and the perfect venue for Sunday drinks or a day out with out friends. I will definitely visit here again during the summer! 5/5 for me!!
I love everything about Totti's, sipping on my chilli margarita in their external courtyard i had the feeling of being somewhere in the south of Italy.
For entree, ordering their famous pizza-dough bread is a must, i highly recommend having it with the burrata and the prosciutto which is of great quality. For mains, their pastas are all delicious, the paccheri with white fish, bottarga and chilli are something special that i couldn't get enough of. If you prefer a meat sauce, their pappardelle with lamb ragu are also delicious.
I really have nothing to bad to say about this restaurant, even the service is impeccable.
I had wanted to go to Totti’s in Bondi ever since it opened. Finally got there yesterday. I loved the casual vibes and rustic fit-out. It’s Italian food done right - simple food made with good quality seasonal produce. The highlight for me was definitely the ‘bucatini alle vongole’ (pictured) - al dente and simply divine. #tottis

Incredibly chic layout and vibe happening with fast efficient service. The food was fantastic, pleasing all at the table. More of the same from the Merivale team
There’s really one thing you need to know about Totti’s in the Royal hotel, Bondi - you can’t go wrong.
My advice is to book early and go often to try everything on the menu. The several times I’ve been here it’s been ridiculously hard to go past the crowd favourites to start being the wood fire bread, buratta and prosciutto. The first place you actually want to start is the drinks menu, and with two sized glasses of wine (small or large) it really suits everyone.
The outside space is a little cool in winter but on a sunny weekend afternoon it’s the place to be.
Just a heads up, sometimes the service can be a bit slow, this may be because the space is large or because it’s always busy but getting the eye of the waitstaff can be an issue (especially if your hungry).
Despite this, I would eat here every night of the week if I could. On this occasion, I tried the corn & chilli fregola (think weekend pinbone brunches), veal schnitzel (thick, tender & juicy) and pappardelle with lamb ragu. The lighting in the restaurant isn’t great for photos, but the food was absolutely spectacular and with plenty of left overs the Totti’s crew kindly packaged it up for tomorrow nights dinner.
Another heads up, just like all Merivale establishments, all card payments incur an additional surcharge versus cash payments.
5 stars. Every night of the week. Totti’s, Bondi.
Totti’s is popular for a reason! The food is bloody delicious! The bread is something else - must try with the burrata. Also highly recommend the fettuccini in tomato sugo. Can’t wait to eat here again.
Get the outside seat and get immersed into Italy. Food is beautiful and not too expensive. Antipasto menu is amazing. The zucchini salad wow!
Perfect place to go on a Sunday afternoon and sit out the back! We had the wood fired bread with burrata and it was to die for! We also had the lamb pasta and it was cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth. I would absolutely go back.

Totti’s is the latest offering from Merivale with Mike Eggert (Mr Liquor’s Dirty Italian Disco, Pinbone) and Khan Danis (Rockpool) at the helm in the kitchen. It’s taken our group quite a while to finally make it out Bondi way and after weeks of drooling at the menu we’re keen to eat absolutely everything.
