Review Thai Volunteer - Bondi

The food is so masarap (delicious)! Pad Thai (Chicken) and Stir Fry (Pork) are worth more than the price, loved the chicken wings as well. I totally recommend!

My family ordered from Thai Volunteer after googling reviews tonight. Very ordinary disappointing food- Laksa was soggy and inedible, spring rolls, fried rice and pad Thai ordinary and weird mushy texture- won’t be ordering from there again.

Truly the best Thai in sydney! Everything we have tried has been delicious. I always order though Uber eats BUT today I walk by and they took literally 4 minutes in give me my order. Staff is so friendly I 100% recommend them.

Best Thai in Bondi, great taste, amazing price and the staff are so friendly. If you love great traditional Thai food try this place, also the Thai milk tea is so yummy, give it a try!

To the owner, I have a complaint. I'm Thai and regular customer here. I have been to this restaurant about 3 years. For eat in and home delivery sometimes. Tonight I ordered Chilli Basil Seafood. I asked the waitress how much for 1 serving(650 ml.) She said 15.50$. And I asked her how much if I extra Veg and extra Seafood. And she said extra Veg 1$, extra Seafood 5$. She said total 20.50$. I said ok I will pick up about 10 mins. When I came to pick up, They told me they will charge me for 2 serving. So 31$. And I said ok. ( Because I thought they will give for 2 boxs.) But after that they just given me only 1 box( 650 ml.) And I asked them it only 1 Box???? Thay said yes only 1 box(They said they put it all together). So 31$ supper expensive for chilli basil Seafood extra Seafood extra Veg. Because only 1 box (650 ml) Prawn 4 pieces. Little Mussels 4 pieces. Squid 4-5 little pieces. Octopus 5-6 little pieces. Thank your for reading. I will not go back forever.

The staff here go above and beyond, and they make excellent food. Brilliant restaurant.

Delicious food with a super affordable prices. Friendly and quick staff! Definitely one of my favourite restaurant in Sydney! I’m always going there when I want really good food! The stir fried rice with ginger or peanut sauce is amazing. Also the garlic fish is great! I definitely recommend.

This place is amazing a hidden gem on Bondi road really cheap with great quality food also BYO. Cho Chee curry is favourite dish as well as the Tom yum soup

Small Thai takeaway with a fairly basic menu. However, the dishes (pad thai, penang curry, chili basil stir fry) that we've tried so far were pretty decent and extremely cheap. Much better than a couple of other places around Bondi, and significantly cheaper.

Reliable & Ggod Thai Foid. This is our local Thai so we have been eating from here for years. It makes good food at reasonable prices. When our guests eat their food, they are always complimentary.

Terrible Thai. Was not expecting much from the very limited menu so went with two basic "tried and true" Thai dishes - Pad Thai and green curry. Both were very disappointing. Pretty sure I could do better with a supermarket packet mix. Won't be going back.

Terrible. They stuff up the order and refused to fix it. Also on the first delivery they didn't bring enough change. DO NOT expect any service from this place

1 for 1 on Thai Delivery. Tried a couple of curries and was impressed. Tasty and just enough spice. A solid local option in Bondi.

Our trusted local Thai. TV is our "go-to Thai". Great quality, menu and fast delivery. Just make sure you get the order repeated as you can get some surprises. Overall you'll love the food. Dine in is basic so best order take away and take to the beach/park, or hit the couch with a movie.
