Frosty, fun flavors but lacked any "punch" - pistachio was weak, hazelnut had more character. The young lady serving was very patient with the crowd of young children choosing their scoops ahead of us, and I commend her customer service skills.

The store was empty when we walked in and nobody else walked in for another 10-15minutes, they messed up one of the orders, kept us waiting and only served us one at a time (we were purchasing five item's, so that was a very very long wait) the other person working there with red hair didn't bother serving us even though she didn't have anybody else to serve in addition to this the milkshakes weren't filled to the top.
In conclusion for the money your paying I'd suggest stay away from this place and go around the corner there are a few other ice cream / gelato places.

Lisa has served me twice now and she is amazing! Great customer service and knowledgeable on the flavors. The vegan gelato is to die for. She goes above and beyond her role. Made my night! Always happy and smiling.

Best Mango Sorbet in Bondi. Freshly made in store. Friendly staff and great customer service. Will definitely come back to try all their other yummy flavours.

Im all about no sugar in my food and desserts and they have ice-cream thats 97% sugar free..I mean..NO brainer. It was so delicious I couldn't believe that it had barely any sugar.

It's a shame I can't put zero star as it's what I think Gélatissimo BondI beach deserves. We went tonight after a nice dinner and were very disappointed by the attitude of the stuff. She asked us if we wanted extra Nutella on top and did not mention any added cost. Being a regular customer of another very good gelato shop ,where when they suggest to add extra choc sauce it comes for free , I gladly excepted. Only to be told when it was time to pay that there was an extra cost for those two sauces that SHE suggested without informing us . All that without a smile and on an aggressive tone ... I would suggest the staff at gélatissimo bondi beach get some training on good customer service. I won't be back.

Haven’t been to Gelatissimo is ages and it’s still the best !!! Friendly staff and they have such amazing flavours to choose from. The ice cream was rich and creamy and they were very generous with their portions.

Just finished lunch and I've been craving for ice cream since last night. Before walking back to my hotel room, I thought I just had to try their gelato. Like any other ice cream shop, there's so many flavors to choose from and deciding which one can be quite difficult. So I finally picked Salted Macadamia & Dulce De Leche. I can't complain with this one, it was lovely.

Just ordered 3 single serve icecreams in cones. The serving size was pitifully small. Day time robbery for $5.40 per serve. The service was slow and unfriendly. Never again

The ice-cream looked lovely and tasted nice. However service was slow with only one person taking orders. The serving size is pitiful even for a small child and is far too expensive for what you get. Oh and the staff were handing out free ice-cream to their friends while we were waiting. Pretty disappointed

Gelatissimo is normally my favourite place. This store was so rude, unhelpful and unfriendly to me about my allergies that my group ended up leaving the store. The staff there needs to understand that people have allergies and not to brush them off when they ask questions!!
