Beefless burritto! I ordered a burritto with pulled beef, as I requested it. As I ate and ate, it was nothing but rice and beans with only a pinch of meat! Why would I add an option for pulled beef if I barely get any? I'd call it a rice and beans burritto! The picture I put is all the beef there was!

I ordered a burrito 🌯, and I got bowl.
It is not a first mistake for them.
Before, I ordered enchilada with extra cheese and extra meat (mince beef) I had paid for the extra feeling and didn't get them. (It's happened two times) Probably I don't go to this store again. The another store in the Westfield shopping centre, on the 6th floor. It is not too far.

Honestly I am very annoyed, paid surcharge for Anzac Day that’s fine, ordered extra avo in my burrito but staff forgot to add the avo.. had to paid extra $2 for literally nothing.

Ordered here for lunch yesterday, and have been sick as a dog since last night, constantly in and out of the bathroom.
The only other thing i had that day between 8am and about 7.30pm (when i became very sick) was a black coffee...
Not only not going to risk it at this store, but will not return to any other guzman y gomez stores.
Zambrero or mad mex from now on if i have to. Anyway, I'm due for another imodium. Take what you will from this.

picked up order today(number1025), none of the extras were added in my burrito - sour cream, guacamole, pickled jalapeno, jalapeno salsa, coriander.

Absolute shocker. Ordered delivery and food was horrid. Burritos were all rice and had at most three little chunks of tomato and a tiny spoon of meat. Paid over $6 for a share chips which was about the size of a metric cup and 1/4 empty (see pics). 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The best soft and hard tacos around. Not s big fan of the burrito, as it has to much rice as filler but great tasting. They brought fries to the menu which is strange for Mexican, but is a good side if you're really hungry.
But again try the tacos: I opt for 2 soft and 1 hard with beef and chicken..mmmmm

Delicious authentic and fast service! <br/>Great atmosphere, been here a few times and never disappointed. Definitely recommend to others and will be back again!

The food was mediocre at best, this is the McDonald's equivalent for Mexican food. The service was good and the food I ordered was cooked to order. I doubt I'll be back in the future, the food lacks the depth of flavour you expect from Mexican food. No lime, not much coriander and hardly any chilies. The spicy chicken tacos were boring.

Pretty average Mexican food and our expectations were not high at all. <br/>Visited with my sister as we had walked past this place a million times and thought we may as well try it out. The verdict: the food was just okay, but I couldn't get past how bad the guacamole was!!! There are many other restaurants in the area that can serve some decent nachos and id recommend going elsewhere.

Got served by the rudest lady at the Westfield Bondi Junction store. I ordered my food from work for 8:30pm. I came 10 mins late to make sure it was ready when I got there and this woman asked me my order number and I gave it to her then she asked for confirmation of my order and I had never received confirmation - just my order number on the screen at work. She continued to shout that at me and said they never received it. Then finally one of her co-workers said that she was making it and that they had in fact received my order. The woman then had the nerve to tell me to bring a screenshot of the order number on my computer screen next time and didn't even apologise. <br/>Worst customer service.

The tacos absolutely suck these days...No choosing.your own fillings....It's just the tiny portion of meat and a small bit of tomato salsa....and they're smaller than before. $5 for a nibble. Never again....only.for drunk.people and burrito eaters. Much better Mexican everywhere.....even Mad Mex is better these days.

I was shopping and I was starving for mexican! I went up to Guzman y Gomez for a quick bite to eat. I got the burrito bowl, which is a bowl of rice, black beans, cheese, pulled pork, cilantro and cheese. It has some<br/>corn chips on the side. I enjoyed it, but needed to add a bit of jalepeno sauce and jalepenos for flavour. Service was fast, restaurant is large and it is cheap.

I was surprised to find a second Guzman Y Gomez restaurant in close proximity to the other one at Westfield Shopping centre. This one is smaller (too small, actually), and the ambiance isn't as good as the other one. But the food though, remains similar.<br/><br/>I had a Spicy veggie Burrito Bowl, along with a drink. The food tasted good, as always. Slightly expensive, though.

Omg! Gouzman y Gomez veggie burritos caused me addiction and I am not joking. Is so rich and full of flavour that I always get the mini one otherwise is a way too big for me but seriously is too good to be true! Thanks guys, keep it up.

Guzman should definitely be on your bucket list. The restaurant itself is so trendy and gives a great atmosphere, very aesthetically pleasing. As for the food - I ordered a burrito bowl and I definitely was not disappointed. It was one of the best Mexican foods I've tried, very wholesome and flavourful, also very fresh. Pretty good value for money too, considering the quality of the food. It would be a little more helpful to have some healthier/low calorie options available, but this doesn't matter all so much considering how great the food is.

I started taking the train three stops to Bondi Junction. Like with Newtown, the restaurant is rather small and the 324 bus stops right outside of the place. For those that are familiar with the buses in Sydney, there are the newer buses that run on natural gas that have air conditioning that are rather loud and their are the older vintage 1930's-era buses that look like a rectangle that are extremely loud.

My favourite lunch place. I work in the junction and by lunch most days. This is (by far) my favourite food in the Junction. I've tried most of their food but keep coming back to chicken burrito. With a coke only $10 - good value.

Superb. The staff are always friendly, the food is ready extremely quickly and my best friend and I constantly have moments where we have intense cravings for the vegetarian quesadilla's alongside a frozen margartia :)
