I love GYG any day, but this store definitely has the biggest servings. Loveee the food and customer service is great too.

The food is good if you actually get what you ordered. I’ve been given the wrong order multiple times and today I was made to wait 20 minutes for ice cream as the staff repeatedly got my order wrong. The ice cream doesn’t even taste good!

For a large chain restaurant the food is always consistently good. All meals are freshly cooked to order. With the recent menu revamp it has meant a few favourites have dropped off the menu like the steak filling and quesadillas, hopefully they return. I find there is always seating available and is a perfect place to drop in for something to eat before the movies

Love the absolute lack of a line inside. Multiple people just pushing their way to the front of the line. Doesn't help the waiting area is right in front of the counters. Can't rate the food as I went elsewhere to eat.

Had the 3 soft tacos with spicy chicken with extra cheese and extra Pico de galo. Amazing. Loaded to the brim. Very fresh and heaps of flavour. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommended 😊

Biggest waste of money! I have a hard time believing any 5* reviews are real posts. - Burrito was literally 90% flavourless rice almost no chicken. Was supposed to have jalapeños as requested but had none at all. - Salad was half empty and was missing the guacamole it stated it came with. Salad also was not fresh lettuce half rotten, slimy and cucumber looked as if it was frost bitten and definitely was not fresh. Lacked of all general flavour and was full of water. - Fries are a very small serving and cup of fries were not even full. Photos attached of “salad” ***Attempted to call them in regards to this and they don’t accept phone calls at all, I left a message with no return call thus far. *** Very disappointing and will definitely not be going back to this location. 100% do not waste your money here!!

The food is good, but 3 times in a row my meal has been packed incorrectly, with either wrong items or incorrect options… because of that it is getting harder to return to this venue.

Great place for cheap and easy mexican. I come back again and again for the nacho fries. Plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options available!

Fresh and fabulous - love having a quick meal that involves fresh salads. Really clean, staff have a great attitude and really helpful. Thanks for sorting out 4 adults and 8 kids so fast. Really appreciated it! Heard it's under new owners - feedback from our group to owners is keep doing it, thanks!

Food came out cold. When we asked for the food to re heated the manager spoke aggressively at us telling us to eat somewhere else. Bronte rd store is much friendlier and the food tastes better.

Very large portions, affordable prices. I enjoyed it very much. Be aware of spicy meals... they are really spicy!

FIRST OF ALL, they need to read what the costumer ask (delivery app) and then make the food properly. My food came completely disgusting, cold, spicy and with guacamole (i didn’t ask for this). Ill never order again ;)

I get a burrito here almost weekly and I am ALWAYS greeted with huge smiles and the service is extraordinarily quick. Well done guys!!!

VEGAN FRIENDLY - NO SURCHARGE <br/>I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners when one of the new venues opened. He mentioned a no-nonsense, fresh, and flavourful food experience. They have delivered in their promise. Rich, filling burritos and seasoned chips. Friendly service and the food was served to us quickly. Service appears consistent with all the franchises we’ve visited.

Got the usual - nachos with steak filling but this flavour was a bit strange this time.<br/>I didn't finish my food which was a shame.<br/>Service wasn't too bad and easy wait time was okay but really couldn't put my finger on why it tasted funny.<br/>Didn't really notice anything out of the ordinary except my steak looked more like pulled pork which may be why.

Great service at this location. The workers are bubbly and happy. Food is standard across all the other GYG stores I’ve been to which is good. I ordered the vegan burrito bowl with vegan mayo which was nicely seasoned and left me feeling full.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I had ever received! Did not expect to be greeted with such a rude and inexperienced service after a long day at work.<br/><br/>The employee had made wrongful claims, claiming that my partner was intoxicated. Mind you, my partner drove to the restaurant and ordered 1 Corona with his burrito. When I went to ask for the name of the employee, she responded with the name and 'No worries, I love you', then walked away whilst laughing. <br/><br/>Whilst I do not blame Guzman Y Gomez for this incident, I am greatly offended and embarrassed by the incorrect remark made by the employee. I am also very upset to have had my day ruined by some rude and ignorant girl.

So my partner is allergic to cheese, she asked if it would be ok to get a vege enchilada without sour cream or cheese, and the server said that would be no problem. We waited about 20 minutes until the first enchilada arrived, and it had both sour cream and cheese on it. And then we waited another 20 minutes for a new one (after all NEW customers had been served), when it finally arrived, they just scraped off some of the sour cream and the melted cheese from the first old one. My partner is lucky to have noticed the sour cream and cheese still on the burrito, otherwise it could've been a day of stomach cramps. The place was not busy at all, so it is puzzling as to why all of this could have happened. Reckless and clueless staff, will never go there again!!

Great food compared to many others in its league, nice restaurant but it lacks on service. Felt rushed and not wanted even though I was the only person ordering and looked at like I was stupid when I made a mistake ordering even though it was my first time here. <br/><br/>Would recommend for a quick feed.

This restaurant is HUGE! I mean...so much seating inside, and a great ambiance as well. I was impressed!<br/><br/>I wasn't too hungry that day, so I just chose a mini Burrito, which turned out to be really yummy! I do want to check out their other items soon, though. This is certainly among the better Guzman Y Gomez outlets in Sydney, with lot of space, friendly service and a nice ambiance! <br/><br/>Food - 4.5/<br/>Service - 4.5/5<br/>Ambiance - 5/5<br/>Value for money - 4/5<br/>Overall - 4.5/5

I like their spicy pork burrito and it's great that they come in two sizes so I can always opt for the smaller one when I'm not that hungry.<br/><br/>The location is one floor above the foodcourt and has a nice relaxing interior so it's nice to sit here when it's really busy downstairs.

Guzman is a pretty good place to go, just not if you're dieting. The restaurant itself is trendy and gives a great atmosphere, very aesthetically pleasing. As for the food - I ordered a burrito bowl and It was yummy and filling. Pretty good value for money too, considering the quality of the food. It would be a little more helpful to have some healthier/low calorie options available, but this doesn't matter all so much considering how great the food is.
