Review Rocky's Pizza Place - Bondi

Been ordering from here for years. Great selection, best deals and really good quality pizza, not to forget the friendly service. Rocky’s is the best and I can highly recommend it!

Nice pizza, prices are ok, the ambient bad nice and relaxed, it could do with some more attention dough. The large pizza where quite generous with the topping. And the location is pretty good considering is not too far from the train station.

Excellent value, decent take away portion sizes and good quality ingredients. Wasn’t a problem to swap the meat out for mushrooms in the carbonara. Would highly recommend clearly made from scratch in a reasonable time.

Our pizzas were extremely tasty with thin bases and just the right amount of toppings. We also had a bowl of pesto chicken pasta which was delicious and had the most wonderful aftertaste. The staff are all very friendly and helpful too. Everything was perfect during the evening which made for an excellent and enjoyable dining experience.

They dont even deserve 1 star. They took our order and said it would be here within the hour. Called up to check an hour and 15 later, and was told "sorry we don't have a delivery guy". Great job letting us know while we waited for our food.

This place is a late night haunt for me. Open till midnight. I like the Irish Way Pizza which has, amongst other thing, sweet corn that goes nicely with the chicken, ham, pepperon and capsicum. I don’t know of any other Pizzeria that has sweet corn as a topping and not entirely sure if it is a common thing in Ireland. <br/><br/>I have also has the Chicken Parmigiana which is nice if you have a big appetite.

On the fringes of Bondi Junction's food biodome, this unassuming pizza and pasta joint has the secret weapon that time forgot - good service. The young waiters are eager to please and quick to point out they're not an in-and-out takeaway joint (though they'll do that too). Their salads are fresh and contemporary; we opted for the Pear and Rocket ($9.90) , which comes loaded with pine nuts, Gorgonzola and chewy sun-dried tomatoes. Also on the entrée menu, but big in size, is their Pappardelle with Smoked Salmon ($15.90) - chunks of salmon, artichoke and tomato with big ribbons of pasta. This is not to say that their pizza isn't good: Peri Peri Chicken ($16.90 / medium) doesn't lack heat or toppings, nor is it weighed down by surplus cheese. The Sicilian Seafood ($17.90 / medium) is good too, although it's a mixed income family - with fresh and frozen prawns - suitably matching the feature wall, which drapes the Colosseu

AWFUL. We ordered some T-bone steaks from them last night and they were awful. The steak tasted like it was 3-4 days old. It was cooked fine, and the vegies were okay and the chips were okay, but the steak was awful. It would of been a nice steak had it been fresh, as it was cooked well and the meat was decent quality but it wasn't fresh. You could tell it was 3-4 days old, pathetic we won't be eating at Rocky's for a while they have put us right off, and a frustrated customer who has wasted $40 bucks and an upset stomach. Rocky's has been good in the past,but this is a real let down using fresher meat would help, as they seem to do it fine in the past, but they must of missed the delivery of ordering there meat or something, a big fail it was awful. <br/>1 out of 10 for me. Good customer service at rocky's, but there meat at least on this order was awful. 3-4 days old steak is what it tasted like. Not ordered in on the day, and cooked fresh. Very disappointed, as they were mostly good steaks in the past.

Awesome pizza! We had it delivered to our hotel in Coogee via Mr Delivery who were also great. Pizza was warm & toasty still. The flavour of the pizzas were spot on, super quality ham and a perfect balance of toppings. Will definately be going back for more! NOT OILY ;)

It's really good to see a new place in bondi,fantastic entree mains and deserts,specially steak and pasta.
