Review Pizzaiola - Bondi

Without a doubt the best Pizza in Bondi Beach. Fresh, hot and utterly delicious! Robert and his team are extremely welcoming. Pizza’s ready in 30 min and they will text you when ready. Perfect neighbourhood pizza place (we live down the road). We will be telling everyone!!

This is definitely the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. The only "authentic" thing about it is you take it away in a box. I can't believe someone woke up today and said "this is how I'm going to make the world a better place, this is what I aspire to". I thought my life was miserable, but if you're showing up to work and producing this quality of product, you must be in a far worse condition than me. Pray for the pizzaiolo, I fear he's already given up.

I was doing Uber Eats for two people one night and there were no customers around but they were so disorganised and rude. One of the orders was ready but I was still awaiting for the other. They first said it would take 8 minutes, then they said it would be 15 minutes longer. I ended up delivering the order that was ready while waiting for the other but when I came back the man that was there ended up saying it was picked up and it sounded like he was lying because I called the customer and he said it was not picked up at all. I told the man there was a mistake and he rudely said "not my problem" and walked away ignoring me so I ended up having no choice but to cancel the order. Honestly Pizzaiola is the most unorganised and dishonest Pizza restaurant/takeaway I have ever been to and the staff are the most horrible people I have ever met. Do not order Uber Eats from Pizzaiola, unless you want your pizza to either be cancelled or delivered 2 hours later or more. There is much better quality of service at Domino's or Pizza Hut.

The BEST pizza in all of Bondi by far!!! They are also always open polite and friendly. Very strongly recommend!

Great food, great service, you can’t go wrong with a family business. If you’re hungry get on the menu and order. You won’t be disappointed

Last night happen to go at this restaurant taste is awesome and presentation is lovely as well.Staff is very polite and cooperative. Overall 10/10 for the restaurant and staff. Suggest all to try once..

NICE PIZZA. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Nice Pizza. <br/>Appalling, rude and aggressive customer service. We ordered an XL half-and-half pizza by phone, which we drove to pick up. Once home, we realised we had gotten someone else's large pizza. When we rang to explain, we were somehow accused of it being our fault that we had 'taken' someone else's pizza! <br/>They refused to send us the pizza we had actually ordered - somehow they felt that since they had got it 'half' right with the toppings, and we had only paid enough for a large pizza (not XL), they sent us the 'other half' in the form of a small pizza. <br/>I hope it was worth it. Never again. There are way too many other good pizza joints in Bondi. You guys need to lift your game if you want to stay ahead of the pack.

Ordinary. Ordered the XL morrocan lamb pizza - have since made decision never to order dinner at the spur of the moment when hungry. This pizza is crap - there is nothing morrocan about it, literally cheese, capsicum, tomato and piece of lamb strewn around the pizza with absolutely no love. Not one herb or hint of spice. And it sat there for 10 minutes while I was waiting for it without them telling me - even after I'd gone up to see if it was mine they still shooed me away. Hot tip - go to papa romas on gould street where they make beautiful pizza with love and without the price tag.
