Came here and get unpleasant experience, i ordered ice soy latte and ham and cheese croissant, it took around 15 min for the ham cheese croissant to come and well it just warm not hot i bet it might be sitting there for a few minutes, they hv 3 people working 2 gentleman and 1 lady. And when he bring me my ham cheese croissant he point at me only to ask “you order ice mocha right?” And the star of the show i got burnt ham cheese croissant i end up only eat the middle part and only take 2 sip of the coffee and then left.

Such a nice lady manager gave me a free coffee when I bought an orange juice because I didn’t have my membership anymore so I couldn’t get the deal, but I used to come every day for breakfast and she said she thought she remembered me because she was the manager back then as well. Unfortunately not all of the staff are as lovely as her. Some are friendly and respectful, others not, however they could make nasty remarks and still serve me a perfect coffee regardless. It would be amazing to go shopping anonymously but they checked my vaccination certificate, even if most people in the centre unfortunately recognise me anyway.

Must take some special skills to make coffee looking like this (this was how it arrived on our table)

Terrible attitude. This was towards a customer before me. Staff member managing the coffee machine made a mistake on the order and was rude to the customer. Customer had young kids and they were distressed by the treatment towards their mother.

You really couldn’t ask for a more ideal location to have a cafe: on the main thoroughfare between 2 halves of Bondi Westfield, next to a kids play area and indoors. It is therefore incredible that the quality of the service and the attention to detail of the staff here is so low. Ordered 4 things and they got one item correct. The correction of the food order took three attempts and needed me to physically read out the label of the food we ordered behind the glass. Train your staff or pay them better. Either way something needs to be done. PS the picture is of mould at the bottom of the water bottle .. nice touch.

Have been here twice this month for brekky before a movie. The lady that runs the place is awesome! The food is soooo good. Definitely going back here!

I ordered passionfruit cheesecake and a large skim cap. I love the cheesecake, but the coffee tastes burnt and very bitter. The foam is way too thick even for a cappuccino. Not gonna come back for coffee.

Coffee weak & burnt. Be a good idea to invest in a thermometer and work on your grind. Barista training essential. On the plus side, friendly and salted caramel biscuit very tasty. But coffee no good.

Avoid at all cost. Ordered a chicken crepe for my son and it stunk. After 20 min we finally got it and It was clearly off. I got corn fritters and they were off too. I told the staff and they gave us a free cake but kept offering the two dishes I mentioned to other customers.... expensive too.... can’t comment on the coffee.

My usual stop for caffeine recharge and sometimes food, if I don't feel like walking up to the food court. The coffee here is good, but I still can't work out the concept of their coffee sizing, when small really means 'medium', and regular means 'large'. The food here, better than other Jamaica Blue branch, not superb, but satisfy my hunger, especially when I spend hours sitting there trying to complete my 'work'. Cakes were average, wouldn’t go for a second if I don’t have to.

Service is quick and straightforward. Just need to order and pay at the counter, and get everything delivered at the table.

A big cafe on the top level and seats and tables have a good outlook. Lots of fresh cakes and sandwiches in the takeaway menu or you can just order if eating in. I just got an espresso. The coffee is ok and service is quick.

Dreadful substandard food! I was at the bondi junction one today - Where my meal was served with a side of still wiggling, but almost dead fly...

Rude staff. Bad coffee. Wont let you sit there if you dont spend enough money. Do not recommend it.

It was okay and not much better than a fast food burger, but for the price it's highly overcharged for such an underwhelming burger. My advice is go elsewhere.
