Wish I could leave a higher rating for this shop in particular. The staff is so energetic and enthusiastic and It really makes my day.
Great food, coffee and exceptional service.
Staff were friendly and the coffee was good. It's not really a 'Dine in" facilities but perfect for a quick stop and reset in between tasks
I am very dissapointed with my 1st order at booval today. 24th June 2022 after a long hard day before school holidays I need a good warm drink for my coworkers and myself to keep working until 2am, however it was like drinking pure sugar.

Not happy!! Usually Booval Zarraffas is my favourite and makes my coffees perfectly but today I Asked for a strawberry crème fusion and was disappointed as it had no strawberry flavour at all and was very watery, almost like it had way too much ice in it.
Constantly sick of paying for a double shot of caramel and getting either none or one shot. Never have this problem at the one at the yamanto store but booval has never made my coffee right. Why is it so hard to put four pumps into a coffee if it’s been paid for?
Each and every time l come l ask for sugars! I never get any/ or if l do l watch and it's stirred 2 or 3 times and lm saying can you stir it please! Please please please give the sugars!!! Otherwise you pay for a coffee you don't enjoy!
This is the best drive-thru coffee around. The staff are well trained, alway great service and always a happy smile to be seen. Try this Zarraffas over the other, you will be pleasantly surprised. I’ve made this a regular stop in my daily routine.
Sick of ordering a ice coffee fusion, get home to find I have a milk ice coffee with ice cubes and cream on top. 4/5 orders have been incorrect. Disappointed
