Review Nandos Boronia - Boronia

Wow. Just wow. Amazed at the extreme poor quality AND quantity of the meal... Here's what I had ordered: a half (1/2) chicken meal. The taste of Nando's is consistent, not great like the other nandos I visit around different suburbs nearby. The quantity is nowhere near a half chicken. No chicken breasts, just drumsticks and wings and most of it was just....bits of bones with barely any meat. Shambles this Nando's is. This will be the last time I visit this Nando's.

$50 for 2 and a half terrible meals. Chips had obviously been re-cooked several times and chicken was cold and soggy.

Girl at the counter should quit her job if she is so miserable, has the customer service skills of a used napkin. Chicken tasted like leather shoes, chips thrown upside down in the bag. Shut up shop and pursue a different career please. Mess of a place. I never review, this is my first, obviously bad for me to be bothered to make this effort. Eating a $50 plastic bill out of my wallet would be a more satisfying and better valued choice for dinner.

I think its one of the best tasting Nando's chicken around. The amount of basting they put on is great. One problem with this place is that the airconditioning does not work. Its very hot in here and staff are always sweating. Not a very good look for the Nando's franchise.

I don't like to give bad reviews, but when I attended this Nando's last weekend with my family we all had a terrible experience. After they first took our order we were told it would be a 20 minute wait, then they came and told us their machine didn't record our order, so we had to hand write it out. Even though we had done that they still got everyone's order wrong and the food was terrible. No offer of apology for the service or the food or the constant screw ups was given. I won't be going back.

I love Nando's flavours so much but this franchise does not deliver. My guess is they must be taking some shortcuts somewhere. The service is shocking. It seems they just don't want to give you water! Last time I had to ask them three times, and had to add "Excuse me but this is the third time I'm asking for water." And they are unapologetic as well.

Waited ages to order because everyone was in the kitchen having a chat, looked up at me and kept talking. When I finally got to order, I couldn’t understand a word the guy was saying but he obviously didn’t hear me either because I asked for lemon and herb chicken and it was very hot (too hot to eat) and no lemon and herb to be seen. Will never go back there!!

Had nando's for over the last 15 years with very little complaints. However, today I ordered takeaway from nando's boronio, and oh my lord where do I begin. <br/><br/>Chips seemed to be cooked in last year's oil. To add to this, they were burnt. <br/><br/>If I wanted a flame grilled chicken, I would've gone to Hungry Jack's. The chicken I received seemed like something a 5 year old would make if he/she was left unattended in the kitchen. It was burnt and the chicken felt like I was eating rubber - way to chewy and elastic in texture. <br/><br/>For a positive, the salad, dips and the guava drink deserves 5 stars! Never can go wrong with BUNDABERG!!

Always does the trick like all Nando's places do.<br/>I really love this sort of food when I'm in the mood as it seems to hit those craving spots.<br/><br/>About on par with the other Nando's stores going around so I can't complain as I know why and what I'm going there for.
