Been here twice. First time we were rudely turned away by manager/host. I completely understood the reasoning. Did not need the attitude. Second time was much better. It really is a beautiful place. Good coffee and chai latte. Big breakfast was disappointing, bacon soft not crispy and tomatoes tasteless. Interior is really smart although sounds bounces on the hard surfaces so quite noisy. Service was ok. Worth a visit, we will try again.
I read very nice reviews of this place and I was very disappointed. I decided to visit in the morning of my birthday and the place looks beautiful. I was very excited. The coffees and desserts are always a must for us every time we visit Bowral. Had the mini donuts yesterday paired with a cappuccino and it was the perfect way to finish up our afternoon.
What a let down. I had read a few positive write ups on this place. I ordered the bacon and eggs which was described as crispy bacon on ciabata. Instead I got fatty undercooked bacon with plain white bread. Service was super slow even though the place was fairly empty.
