Biota Dining - Bowral - Photo album

Beautiful space, very unique decoration. Flavors in dishes are well ballanced to enhance the natural taste of ingredients. The sourdough is a pure craft. The best sourdough I have ever had. Complemented with cultured butter, it could be a meal by itself. Definitely worth to drive there.
