Went there for dinner & had an absolutely lovely experience! Service was excellent - big shout out to Michael & the food was AMAZING! Had the gnocchi - fluffiest potatoes & bursting with flavour! Had the chocolate fondant for desert & it was absolutely yum! Thank you & can’t wait to be back!
On our drive down from Sydney we were sharing our hopes for dinner. We wanted to find something a bit special - a warm and cosy dining room, delicious food, and people who made you feel good. I found Ethos on google maps and the review were excellent so I booked the last table. It was perfect. Michael is wonderful - funny and attentive. The food is lovely, the restaurant is beautiful. We couldn't have planned it any better. A really quality place.
This place was such a great find! The food was delicious and our waiter Michael was super friendly. He was all over it and we actually ended up chatting so much towards the end!

The food is fantastic, the space is super charming (old world country hotel) and Michael who looked after us is an absolute champion- friendly, knowledgeable and lots of fun.

Pleasantly surprised by this gem which was the highlight of our traipse around the Southern Highlands. Generous portions of very tasty food - the pasta entree could have been a main at another restaurant! - although I found the skin of the salmon and the mash to be oversalted for my liking.
Attentive staff and lovely atmosphere. The swinging door at the kitchen was a touch distracting.

Great venue normally fantastic food and drinks. The service was good but unfortunately 3 of the wines we wanted were out of stock, when there is such a minimal choice this was a big disappointment. No sparling water and some items from the menu were also unavailable. We have been to this restaurant many times before and always enjoyed the food and drinks but sadly on this occasion we were disappointed.
Incredible food and wonderful service in an intimate restaurant setting.
