Outdoor beer garden very inviting, packs out quickly on a nice weekend. Centrally located venue. Was hard to fault, especially for the price of lunch and drinks for the family.
The outdoor dining area is great. However, the menu wording suggests gourmet. What you get is straight out of Edgell's frozen packets. If going for a drink, good spot. If going for a meal, start somewhere else.
The beef cheeks and roast pork were fantastic and very generous servings. The staff at the bar and especially the restaurant were friendly and provided very good service with a smile and humour.
