Really enjoyed breakfast here!
The staff are super friendly and quick to serve.
We had Eggs Benedict and the big breakfast (forgot the name of it sorry!).
Mushrooms were awesome, absolute fan!
So much flavour in both meals, coffee was also delish.
Not sure how the rating isn’t a 4+!

Ordered a Parma and boy was I glad I did. Massive serving of chips and a succulent Parma, made to perfection.

My mates were satisfied too and everyone was happy.

Walked past few days ago realised its newly renovated, gave their beef burgerand pull pork taco a shot, It was amazing. Back again for dinner tried their softcrab fried rice with salted egg, mind blowing. Definitely be back more often.

The food and service is crazy good. Kitchen team creates great looking and tasting food every time! Coffee is probably the best I've tasted in the area, silky smooth and flavorsome. Been back multiple times and will be back often.

Give your staff a raise! They deserve it.

The cafe atmosphere was quite nice however I didn't enjoy the food as much as I would have liked. I had the lavender pancakes and for me the lavender taste was slightly too strong

Walking throughBox Hill Central with time to spare for a quick breakfast snack the breakfast board that advertised the breakfast specials that include a cup of coffee got my attention.
In the environment that is blanketed by Asian cafes, Platform 3 stood out as offering the basic snacks.
I took the $11 egg and bacon roll with coffee. The saucy smile on the plate was a bit cute but the coffee was excellent and the egg and bacon roll (with salad) was very good and way above my expectations.
I left with a smile on my face. 😊
I know basing a review on something so simple seems generous but this cafe delivers on the little things in every way and I know that when I’m in Box Hill again wanting a good coffee I will be back to Platform 3

I come to platform 3 fairly often. The staff are nice and the food is pretty good, but is honestly a bit over priced. The breakfasts are sometimes inconsistent. Coffee quality is usually good, but is sometimes inconsistent as well.

*edit: went through box hill today and grabbed a coffee. Best coffee i've had in a long time!

Called into Platform 3 at Box Hill For a quick post working week pint. P3 has the distinct advantage of being the only such spot where a quick pint is on the cards around here. They have fairly good happy hour drink prices (pints of tap beer between $6 & $9) plus they also discount some of their tapas dishes down to $10 with an included pot of beer. Perfect for a weekend wind down. They have an outside drinking/dining area which would be great on a balmy summer night. Tonight I did not eat in but have done in the past for breakfast and was satisfied.

Good service, had forgotten my wallet so tried out this place using an app to pay. There was a problem with it and it took a while. I was told I could come back the next day or later to pay for the food with cash but I was uncertain when my next visit to that area would be so I waited it out until they fixed the app issue. I was in too much of a rush to enjoy their food, can't really comment on that aspect but the service was good.
