Unbelievably fresh, wonderful food. The balance of flavours is music in your mouth. I had the coconut poached chicken salad today - one of my favourites. I don't eat or drink anything for about 20 mins after because I like to savour every last memory of it.
Second weekend in a row! Love hanging out with Zac, Dione and the crew at Pay Dirt. Great, hearty, honest food and best music and conversations!
Love this place. Has to be my favourite place to eat. Always fresh forever fantastically flavoursome.

A great concept, delicious food and friendly staff.
We have eaten here 3 times now, the food is amazing! Have booked again for Sunday as we have visitors from Sydney and want them to see just how amazing this place is!
Absolutely outstanding cuisine. A basic menu of perfected dishes. The meticulous care and pure artistry of the chef, Zac, are to be experienced.

Best place to eat for miles around...Worth the trip to Braidwood...!!!
Never ceases to impress. Already looking forward to the next time we can stop here for a meal.
Perfect host, yummy fresh tasty Asian fusion morsels. I did not want it to stop! Recommend to all.
Super tasty place to eat looking forward to eating there again!
Paydirt Eatery is a quirky Asian fusion restaurant in the heart of Braidwood run by top hatted Chef Zac Kadri.
The menu is Asian fusion and small. It changes daily depending on what Zac picks up at the local markets. Written on a blackboard, the menu consists of two entrees and three main course dishes. Paydirt Eatery is strictly cash only and BYO. I like the BYO part more than normal as it gives you an opportunity to bring wines discovered from local vineyards.
Stopped by after months of driving past the old Braidwood butcher come Asian eatery. Only room was table out the front, no complaints as we didn't booked and it was packed (always a good sign).
It did take some time to get served and it would appear they don't have tables menus rather just a board inside - that's fine if you are inside but we were seated out the front.
The waitress lets us know the meals (four options) and my partner orders the infamous pork dumplings as well as a chicken Maryland dish.
Again took quite some time to come out but again to be fair it was packed and only one waitress with a large group.
The dumplings finally come out and they are demolished in about 5 seconds flat. Amazing. Gooey egg yolk cascading over the rice and dumplings. Eats amazingly well and delicious to the last bite.
Next out was the chicken Maryland dish - while not a traditional Maryland cut, it has been cut down to fit the bowl.
Fragrant broth and deliciously delecate flavour of chilli, lime and mint. Garnished with fresh coriander it ate well.
Overall service could be improved but that isn't a criticism of the staff just simply bad timing with a big table.
Certainly on the pricey side of just under $50 for the meal, maybe a little to high for Braidwood.
Will we come again? You betcha!
This is one of the best places I've eaten. You don't choose what you're having and it all just comes out! We had five incredible courses and each one was so good, from pan-fried salmon to papaya salad and a to-die for dessert. Because you're not fussing over a menu, you dine as if you're at home - your whole group.eating the same food and concentrating on conversation.
