Friendly and obliging staff. You will get the sandwich you're after. Understand you will be charged for extras and special requests. Very busy at lunchtime so if you're in a hurry and arrive at the wrong time maybe consider another option. You can get better banh mi in Sunshine but not at a place that also does deli-style sandwiches and meat pies. Best thing about this place is the variety and versatility.
Delicious Vietnamese rolls, especially the roast chicken. Big serves too.
