Went for a meal, but as there was a noisy birthday party in the restaurant, the staff put us in the waiting lounge to eat, where there was a lovely log fire. The food was all delicious and it was nice to see a varied menu which wasn’t the run of the mill burgers, steaks, fish and chips or pasta. The
Superb food (nearly all gluten free), great service, eclectic surroundings and BYO drinks - what more do you need! Have dined here numerous times and Pip and her team never disappoint.
Went there in the recommandation of our host Jeff (Bridgetown Valley Lodge) and it was a great surprise. The staff were very nice. The food were excellent and very cheap. There is a room with a chimney and comfy armchairs. There is also a rocking chair (excellent to rock my newborn) where u can solv
Worth a visit if your looking for somewhere to eat in Bridgetown. Long time family business. Friendly country business. Outside summer dining area is lovely. Whitebait were perfect. Byo only.
Beautiful family restaurant. We loved the style of food, delicious share plates brought out one at a time with good time in between so we could eat slowly and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommend the gyozas and spanikopita. Would love to return
Staff were wonderful, but the food was not to my taste. Their site shows amazing salads, but none were to be had on our visit. Just wanted a plate of some kind of meat and a fresh salad. The food was presented very well, but alas not to my taste.
Stumbled upon this gem on a rainy Saturday evening, with delightful hosts and a surprisingly varied menu! The stand out was the Augusta Parmesan whiting but all of our choices were amazing. Well balanced flavours, beautiful presentation, and a charming setting.
Excellent! Pork belly a must! Great service and atmosphere.
