Review Isa Restaurant - Bridgetown

Would have been a 2 unfortunately if it was for the lovely young girl... Asked for extra honey on the honey chicken as they usually seem to be stingey... had next to none on it... Mongolian beef was pretty good. Fried rice, very average. Drinks in fridge were just under room temperature. Springs rolls over cooked so tasted burnt. Dim sims were great. Good value for money..... Bit into one piece of what I thought was honey chicken.... was definitely not.... I'm hoping like hell that it was just domain that fell into the wrong dish... it tasted like deep fried stuffing 🤢

Customer service non existant. Friendliness zero. Not helpful at all therefore hard to choose a different dish for a change. Entree of Curry Puff was almost frozen in the centre. No glasses or water offered. Not sure if the one person we saw simply had no English or uf he was just rude & abrupt. Main meals were heavily loaded in salt & squid was chewy. Very poor.

Best food in Bridgetown (in my opinion). Sad that it is not better supported by local diners. Highly recommend the Sate Chicken Noodle lunch special for $13....best I have ever tasted and always consistently good taste and large serve. Love this place!!!!

Cook had cigarette in mouth whilst cooking food. Pay kids cash in hand money sack them with no reason. To be honest a complete embarrassment to Bridgetown. When approached about sacking kids with no excuse told sorry no understand ENGLISH. Been once and once to many for us.Just my opinion but smoking whilst cooking NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I've nothing against people offering a good business to make a living. But brought complaint to health department no action. I support all of Bridgetown in getting out with the family for a meal. But one place my family will never return. So stick that smoke up ya bum.

Service was great but the meals were dissapointing . The fried rice tasted burnt and dry , the garlic prawns were satisfactory , the satay beef was very watery and a bit too spicy and the goon chicken noodles had way too much cabbage in it , it was almost like a cabbage main meal. Serving size was good . The restaurant was very old and in need of a revamp .

We had one of the Family Banquets and couldn't finish it. So delicious. We tried to finish it, we really did, but we ended up having to roll ourselves out of there. Tasty dishes with fast & friendly service. Definitely be coming back for more.

Went here for my mums birthday.. was shocked at the service! The lady telling us where to sit and telling us to sit.. my parents ordered curry got vegies instead, my brother ordered curry puffs and was still frozen and to top it all off we found melted plastic in my parents dish!! What was ment to be a nice family dinner to celebrate ended with us all dissapointed and leaving unhappy, Please dont go here.. overly priced and bad service im not one to complain or do reviews but i really needed to on this one.

Good wholesome fresh well cooked Chinese food. Lovely people and value for money. I eat there frequently and get takeaway on occasions too. Lots of veggies in the dishes and yummy special fried rice.
