Big bright windows, a variety of table sizes that are good for two, four, six, or ten people. It includes an outdoor setting and lots of quiet corners to enjoy your meal.The menu has a good mix of vegetarian, beef, chicken, and fish. It includes a wide variety of breakfast options. The service is friendly. The food and drink were delicious. It has a wooden decor with black finishes and a warm and light atmosphere. One of the better cafes in Bright.
Bright Cafe at Bright. Wonderful ambience,quality breakfast and lovely service. Seems to be a popular cafe in town and is mostly full. Been here for breakfast when I asked for smashed avo the lady in the counter said we don’t do but you can smoothen with a knife, I personally dont like avo in chunks was surprised when my brekkie arrived that the avo spread like butter. Loved the coffee and a little cinnamon bun offered with it.

On a very busy Friday afternoon my family and I chose this place as we like to support small business especially with the recent pandemic. Of course this was on a Good Friday therefore I would expect a surcharge so I personally have no issues there.
We ordered the two burgers, the beef and the chicken. Both of then are very well made and we liked them very much. The chips were crispy golden brown and soft inside which is really good. The salad was quite simple however the dressing was very good.
We also had pancakes and please note that these pancakes are huge in size.
The drinks were Iced Latte and Iced coffee. The iced Latte was very good however something was not right with the iced coffee although the ice cream and whipped cream was tasty.
The service was good despite the fact that they were indeed short staffed due to COVID ergo the meals were a little late however I did not mind at all.
So I will give them a four out of five. Please note that to get a five out of five requires something exceptional therefore you guys got a good score.
My last remark are as follows:

Positioned right in front of the wood fire we couldn't have been happier with breakfast! Staff were prompt and friendly and the food was generous in size and yummy! Little cinnamon ball just a tasty addition to coffee.
I had a very good breakfast at this popular cafe. It took a couple of goes to get into as it was so busy or shut. The coffee was OK and came with a delicious complimentary doughnut hole. The staff were friendly in a busy kind of way.
I'd go again.
Great Cafe in Bright. The food and coffee is fantastic and just managed to get a park and order in before it got busy. Friendly staff.

I visited Bright on Sunday the 17 April. My partner and I was looking for Cafe for a Breakfast. We walked around as the cafes around was very busy at that time. We walked into this cafe. We noticed on the door they are understaffed and to be patient. Which i was concerned we might have to wait long as we where not staying long in Bright.
We order breakfast normal affair bacon and eggs and toast. And coffee.
Well we where pleasantly surprised. The service was fast even if they said understaffed and there will be delays with service.
The eggs was beautiful done bacon stunning. The breakfast didn't look like there was stressed on the plate. BUT the service came with a smile. Very friendly staff.. Guys 5 stars for you all.
We where very very happy we came to your shop. And if we in the area again we will make your shop as priority as pitstop for breakfast and maybe lunch
