We just had our christening here and it was amazing. The food amazing. The staff amazing. I was so impressed. We only had 40 or so people and it was spaced, no cramming needed. We got the top package and my guests were complaining that they ate soooo much they won't need to eat for a week! I will have another function here at the drop of a hat. Highly recommended. Thankyou to Marco and his staff.

Minimalist decor with great view and excellent service. Six of us went recently for low key joint birthday get-together. We all ordered different items in our 3 courses. Food was absolutely delicious, beautifully served and we will definitely be back! A delightful experience. Compliments to the chef!!!

The food is very good, homemade pastas and pizzas are the best in the area by far. Attentive staff as well. Aligning with NSW Heath advice it would be great if all staff were wearing masks. I appreciated the social distancing that was in force and sign in policy. Enjoyable night for all, hopefully the discounted parking can be brought back.

I just wanted to thank MARCO and the Bianco Team on the tremendous effort made over the weekend for my son’s birthday. It was an excellent night. The venue looked absolutely amazing, as did the grazing table, the attention to detail was above and beyond & exceeded my expectations. I have had very positive feedback from the guests on the food and the service, they were very impressed with everything. Please extend my thanks to John & Michael ..Michael made sure everything ran smoothly and consulted with me during the night and I am very thankful for that. Lovely service - they were really accommodating for our last minute party of 13, as we had just walked out on another restaurant who didn’t serve any alcohol (really!). They also happily catered for a couple who had vegan/vegetarian needs, adjusting and creating dishes especially for them. I gave a 4 though because I think some areas of the food could be a little better. But overall the food was quite tasty, there was plenty to eat in the banquet and the Shiraz we picked topped it all off. We had an awesome night, thank you.

I had an event with Bianco Restaurant and from beginning to end they were absolutely brilliant. Really easy to work with and always flexible on my requests. On the day the service was amazing and our tough food critics all said the food was beautifully authentic. Would definitely recommend having your next event with them!

This restaurant is the absolute best! Not only did they have the best service and food, but they made 2 extra meals for me which was not on their set menu so i could eat all three courses! Unbelievable! Absolutely 5 star service! Thank you so much to the owner and chef for making special meals for me, im so appreciative and i was even happy to just have the main!

The food. Dined here with a table of 9. Each dish presented was fine dining. The seafood was fresh, the angus eye fillets melted off the fork and were cooked to perfection. The zucchini flowers were fried lightly and were bedded in beetroot mash. Gnocchi or salads it didn't matter as each dish presented perfectly. I had no idea such quality was in Brighton.

Sorry for not putting this review under their restaurant.<br/>I went for the outlet on Easter show, their stand on the Woolworths food dome is a centre of attraction.<br/>Queue is long up to Perth... joking... but imagine the old “snake” game on Nokia phone... just like that!<br/>Had home made gnocchi, $14<br/>It was amazing, soft in the texture, basil Napolitana sauce... boom! It was simple yet delicious.<br/><br/>I did try also on their different stand, under Bianco banner also, spaghetti bun burger!<br/>It cost $12.<br/>I feel the dish was too heavy, and not enough sauce.<br/>Even though some shaving of Parmesan cheese and some basil with little Napolitana sauce is visible on the dish

Amazing some of the best pasta and gnocchi I have ever had. Wait until you try the goats cheese filled gnocchi. These guys have won a heap of awards at the Easter show and I now know why

I've been here a couple of times for dinner and the ice cream here is home made and tastes amazing. I've tried the chicken pizza with avocado and the verdurine pizza, they both were really good. I have also tried the lasagna which was a bit disappointing it was quite cold! I would definitely come back for the pizza and ice cream😋
