Super fast even though really busy and at lunch time cross over and so so yummy !! Coffee good too.
All I can say is yum best coffee best deserts best food .

Lovely little cafe on Bay Street in Brighton Le Sands. I love the outdoor seating allowing you to enjoy the sun with your coffee or meal.
I had a hot chocolate which was delicious which helped with the cold outside.
Staff are friendly and there is no minimum spend too use your credit card and they take AMEX without charging extra!
I've had the coffee here before and think it's amazing, today I also ordered the Ruben toasted sandwich, it was average, however the beautiful outdoor setting made up for it. I sat under the shade of the tree and enjoying the buzz of Brighton Le Sands. Overall a very friendly and fun cafe in a great location.
An impromptu working brunch led us to seek a table behind the pickets in the sun. A variety of sandwiches, pastries, juices and hot beverages consumed to general satisfaction of all (8 pax). One party member did suggest the pastrami sandwich could be improved by adding an additional (and sweeter) variety of pig.
All in all a great meal.

After my usual visits to the beach, I always strolled past this beautiful colourful cafe and finally did it, I stopped and ate here with pride!
Ordered a unique salad mix of Edamame, and some other green things that I've never heard of/font recall with Lamb as my protein.
I was surprised with the large serving (a good thing for the $17 price).
It was presented in a funky tin and a recycled wooden fork. The edamame salad mix gave a great zing to it with the help of a vinegarette dressing. The lamb was freshly cooked and pulled which made it easier for me to enjoy with simply a fork and no knife.
The edamame salad had the strongest hold in flavour compared to everything else in the tin which made it enjoyable for me to mix with different foods and work out what works best together. Ended up mixing everything together anyway haha
Water is complimentary and self served here. I like the little decorations around the cafe e.g. vintage yellow bicycle, the parrot clinging on to the coffee machien and the wooden crates of fruit hanging on the walls behind the counter. I had a young female serve me at the counter and she was very nice which is a bonus. I'm certainly returning here and trying out more of their menu. They also do acai! :)
Came here for a takeaway sandwich and was impressed with interiors and design of the restaurant. I ordered the turkey sandwich, which was made to order, and full of fresh ingredients!
What a little Brighton gem! Fresh, clean and tasty foods with plenty of salad and sandwich choices for the healthy eater. It was an order at the counter affair and busy for mid-week lunch.
My smoked salmon and quinoa was yummo. I loved the 'choose your salads, choose your protein' format. Now I just need to convince them to open up an outlet in Brisvegas!
A white picket fence themed cafe on a gorgeous sunny day. "Avocado smootch" (Avocado, feta and tomato on bread) was just perfect. Yum! Best outdoor breakfast atmosphere in Brighton Le Sands.
New eats at brighton. Beautiful fresh produce used in their dishes. The coffee is intense & delicious. Limited breakfast options. Will definitely come back for a quick bite. The pesto was made fresh, absolutely a delight to eat.
A most colourful, healthy and delicious meal of Smoked Salmon Salad with a Soy Capachino coffee. The staff were so friendly and courteous I totally enjoyed my dining experience at Babel.
I went into Babel on Monday morning with my partner and we ordered AVO smash and hash browns. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere and vibe was amazing. Babel has such a welcoming atmosphere and the two employees were so friendly from the beginning and so genuine. It was refreshing to see especially at times like this! The food was amazing, it was honestly the best HASH BROWNS IVE EVER HAD! (And I have been to many cafes!). I needed to write a review to really applaud the customer service that was shown and the food. Thank you for a great experience and I will definitely be back.
Always have enjoyed my Extra Skim Hot Coffee at Babel.Always get what I ask for extra Hot cheers staff are Excellent the lady who serves me is Excellent makes a great coffee always.

What i like best about such places is the time: opening hours at 05:30 am? That is cool. The ladies staff are nice; that smile 😊 on that blonde face makes thou day. We ordered coffee ☕️ & baklava; tastes good. Will keep ‘em in ma mind as I visit the area again.
Lovely little cafe for a very fairly priced breakfast. Lovely coffee and service.
My only recommendation is for them not to use packaged hollandaise sauce - otherwise, I'm as happy as Jam with this place.
