This is 'the best' cafe I have ever been to when in Melbourne. It's got everything you could ever want, great customer service from the friendliest staff & owners, food that is amazing, live entertainment in an intimate setting & the coffee (oh my gosh!) love it �
We love going to Track Three.Weather it is a quick lunch or something special like entertainment and dinner on a Friday night.Rod and the staff always treat you to great food and service.Beers are cold and well priced.Highly recommend this venue.They support up and coming musicians and we are all for that.Thanks Track Three.

Coffee is good! And the Track Benny is the best! The staffs are very friendly too. Definitely a very nice and relaxing environment for a meet up!
Convenient location right next to Middle Brighton Station. Solid breakfast options with surprisingly light and fluffy bagels. $5 happy hour wine and beer makes it the best bang for your buck in Brighton for knock off drinks!
Lovely place just located next to the train station. The coffee’s good and staff is so friendly. (Though gave me a takeaway while I intended to eat in😂) There’s nothing better than bumping into this cozy place after suffering from the cold wind along the beach. And I love the vinyl.

Track Three is a well-executed concept; a little slice of coffee heaven tucked off to the side of Middle Brighton Station. It's cosy inside, and the food is great - especially the brownie! Good for a meeting or a quiet reflective space during the daytime.
Best burgers and great service. They had already closed the kitchen and cleaned the grill, but were happy to make us 4 amazing burgers! Lovely place, will definitely come again.
Cute and cheerful place by the station. I always pick up a takeaway coffee when I am in the area, and it is always spot on. Eaten here only once, but no complaints! It's a pretty standard menu, but they do it well, and it is always nice to see options on a menu, like an omelette where you can chose your filling.

Track Three is a nifty little place by the station. The staff are quite friendly and attentive and the menu is yum! Baked eggs here are some of the best I've had.
Been here so many times and it never lets me down. Great food, coffee, service, vibes. Quiet setting (except in peak times)-my fav local. Highly recommend.
The service here is great and the workers are friendly. Coffee here is also very good and I love how they make juices. Also, the food is nice and price is good, can't complain.
Just enjoyed a chai (traditional) with berry picklets & home-made compote with candied orange peel...totally delicious! The ambience is great tucked in beside Middle Brighton station.

My favourite place in Brighton for breakfast. Staff are always friendly and I've never had a bad meal. A great range of sliders and burgers and the drinks range is spot on.
I really like this place, I don't go here often because I don't live that close. But when I am here the customer service is bang on 100%. Probably the best customer service I've come across in a cafe. It's in a lovely little hidden spot as well. I haven't ordered food yet but the coffee is very nice. One of my favourite cafes in Melbourne.

Nice and homely little cafe. I had breakfast when I first tried it (the European breakfast) and then came back for lunch (claypot baked eggs with spanish sausage etc) the second time and both meals were really tasty and beautifully arranged. Staff is friendly, laid-back and attentive, good choice of background music... the only thing I actually have to criticise are the drinks. Unfortunately my coffee tasted way too bitter both times I visited and the advertised "mixed berries" smoothie from the board was made with frozen berries ... which I didn't expect for ... I think it was $7 or $8. Anyway, I still enjoyed it till the last quarter where I could actually taste the still frozen berries.
Rave reviews made me first come all the way from the City to Brighton's "Track Three Espresso", which I certainly wouldn't do again, 'cause I love my coffee too much and it's just not that special. If you are in the area, though, I think it's worth a try.
Great juices, awesome Prix Fixe breakfasts, nice coffee and friendly staff.
Finally a nice quiet place in Brighton with nice feel about it.

Perfect Friday night drinks. Popped in for an after work drink on Friday night and ended up staying for quite a few. Food was fantastic and would highly recommend the pork slider and rum negroni. Service is impeccable here, I cannot speak highly enough about the great staff. Will be back throughout the summer.

Its Simply Consistently Outstanding at Track 3 Expresso..... Manny and team have delivered something long needed in Brighton with 'Track 3 Expresso'.
It is slightly edgy, plays great vinyl and when you find this gem, its tucked just far enough out of the main stream, for those that are cool enough, not to need to be seen. It has a selective delicious menu, with a quality of coffee that regularly renews my spirit immensely. Long Mac with hot milk on the side is my fav. Benny is usually chained to the wheel of the coffee machine of a morning and I understand why, he is awesome at what he does. I'm a customer and a local and it would be remiss of me not to attest to what a first class bunch these guys are in service, quality, integrity, humor and their sense of community (total warmth to families of all ages).
I would highly recommend this cafe and restaurant! There is plenty of parking; we parked in a nice, quiet, wide and leafy street. The exterior was welcoming and modern, and the interior was cosy. We were welcomed and served warmly and promptly with presentable employees. The coffee was good and the Mexican breakfast was one of the best brekkys I've had! The rest of the menu was tempting, which will have me returning me for more! Thank you and ill see you soon!
New favourite local. Tucked away beside platform 2 of Middle Brighton station lies this little warm Cafe. We have only been there for breakfast and post footy drinks but each time the food and service were great. Everything is fresh but there is a pride here that stands out. It's our new favourite local.

Not just a cafe... After deciding to wander of the beaten path from church st we stumbled across this gem! After finding out from staff that they have just begun opening at night with an extensive tapas menu that is to die for I am glad to have tried it before this place is the 'buzz'! Great staff, great menu, great vibe!

Some of the friendliest staff I've ever across, and some of the most delicious food too. Also, do yourself a favour and ask the staff for a juice mix that they recommend, every time I do this I get an amazing new juice blend! So good.
This is a fantastic place. Every breakfast dish I've had has been great - the sliders, the po boys and the postcode specials. Really friendly service and delicious coffee, particularly the single origins. Organic sparkling juice for the kids is a big hit too.

Unpretentious, easy to get to, incredible food and coffee!. After going several times for breakfast/brunch (the claypot eggs are to die for), I was excited to go to see their dinner menu last week, as they've just opened up later hours. Excellent tapas menu, quite cheap for the high quality foods they're serving, and a great variety of things to try.
They always have cool music playing, nice art on the walls, and the train station nearby really isn't disturbing.
Staff are quick to take your order, always really lovely and happy to have a chat if it isn't super busy. Very high standard of plating, everything looks stunning (must resist urge to take a million obnoxious photos). The owner is lovely, and I really hope they continue to do well. Please go and try it!
Honestly, there are a tonne of average restaurants on Church st. Brighton that are overpriced and mediocre food, because the local population eat out a lot and have limited taste. Track Three is the exception, and is way more suited to the foodie/coffee-expert/unpretentious Melbourne crowd.

BEST CAFE IN MELBOURNE!!. I have been to soooo many cafes in Melbourne that it's not even funny anymore! Far west, far north, far east, CBD and its close outskirts, and, despite many outstanding experiences, I have to say that Track Three Espresso may have just sneaked its way to the top of my list!
The waiter and waitress were both so nice and friendly, the location was so cute and cosy (right next to Middle Brighton train station) and the food was absolutely delicious!!!
My partner ordered the lamb slider, I ordered the bircher muesli and we both shared the Claypot eggs with honey pumpkin and braised beef. My partner thoroughly enjoyed her slider, I thought the bircher was one of the best I had ever had and the claypot eggs really hit the spot!!
The food came out extremely fast not to mention that the coffee was also spectacular!
Furthermore, this coffee place had so many different meat options for breakfast, so much variety! Ever get sick of bacon for breakfast? Try some tasty lamb or braised beef.
Amazing quality, amazing speed, amazing variety and amazing service! You really cannot go wrong here, it doesn't have a 97% rating on urbanspoon for nothing. Highly recommended!!

We do sunday breakfasts and brunches regularly this is definitely one of the best places we have been too! the service is friendly and welcoming, the food was fantastic and i was surprised how quick it was brought out. Although I live over an hr away ill definitely be back :)

I LOVE this place!!!! The food is amazing, great specials and even basics (chicken and avo sandwich) are made with love and taste fantastic! The staff here are great, just the right amount of friendly and not too in your face like some places can be!
Secret hideaway of awesome. Great menu, lovely big outside tables and very relaxed vibe. Felt like we were at a mates kitchen, the staff do everything to make you feel relaxed.
The only bad thing is that the menu is too hard to choose From and the babes behind the counter are distracting when eating.

Melbourne's top secret?. Track 3 Espresso
Manny & Simon have done a wonderful thing with this space just of Church St in Brighton.
The area was crying out for a cafe that provided not only exceptional food & coffee, but a location where you can feed and water yourself without being charged the heaven & earth (or just local Brighton prices).
The coffee is sublime, with an ever changing blend that moves with the seasons (with a single origin Ethiopian about to launch) that takes you places you didn't know coffee could, no matter if you have it black or cut with milk.
The food is sensational, whether you’re after the daily special, breakfast at lunch or lunch at breakfast, or if your just a sucker for pulled pork (it’s that good) there is something for everyone, be it something to give you the afternoon naps or a light salad to keep you on your feet, you'll find it here. Also take note that if a special existed a few days before (but you couldn't get your hands on it), you can still try your luck and order it, if its available its yours, unlike some other cafe's which don't allow even small adjustments to the menu.
Finally the people themselves are just awesome fun, be it random chats about board games, world politics, coffee, food Manny & Simon will happily wax lyrical with you about your everyday.
I realise this review is slightly gushing, but I’ve been coming to this café from day dot and the boys keep impressing and surprising me with their innovation, attention to detail & quality, plus that little something that the makes a café so special.
Also they have just opened up on Sundays, which means you can hit them up 7 days a week for your needs!
If you’re a fan of the Melbourne brunch scene, new or old, if you love food & coffee or just want to go to an establishment that treats everyone as a long lost friend, then get yourself down to Track 3 Espresso, it will knock your socks off.

Cheeky yet somewhat professional. So these guys do a great coffee, they spin records and they seem to conjour up their food from a hidden dimension somewhere behind a small wooden box... I was pretty impressed. They have young staff who care just enough to cover some minor inexperience. Sliders are the taste of choice. I got the Breakfast burger... epic.

Had a breakfast slider, and the pulled pork slider for brunch, along with a coffee.
It was all great, including the service, except that the pork was super dry. I would recommend this place, and hopefully the pork is a bit more juicy next time!

Braised beef slider satisfaction. At track three today, I was so excited to see the slow cooked beef with red capsicum and little cocao . Some had the slider, others had the burger. All had a smile that made it worthwhile.

I happened across Track 3 waiting for a friend at Middle Brighton station. Have made the trip a few times since and just can't go past the house hash and pulled pork sliders. Great people, great tunes and great coffee.
Best place south of the border. I recently had the pulled pork slider, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff also go out of their way to cater for gluten-free requests.

Passed by this cafe few days ago, the lady staff greeted me so I decided to give it a try while waiting for my friend to arrive in Middle Brighton Station. The staffs were friendly and service was good. I ordered one pulled pork burger which was lovely and the coffee was good too. I will definitely be back to this small gem!

Congenial owners / staff, perfect location, a simple menu that hits all the right notes, coffee so good that sugar isn't required and a collection of vinyl records for the music purist that are played by request. Coffee and lunch accompanied by Big Brother & the Holding Co. was awesome! Next time I'm bringing in some of my vinyl for the guys to put on while I enjoy my next menu foray. Exactly the kind of place Brighton needed.
I'm starting 2015 off with a bowl of deliciousness! Firstly I have to quickly apologise for the lack of posts over the past couple of months. I've been a little uninspired when it came to this blog. However I'm back now and ready to take on 2015! The year started off with lunch at Three Track Espresso in Brighton. I had a delicious bowl of baked eggs with beans, pulled lamb and sourdough bread. Oh my was it tasty. I could really get used to eating that!
