Very friendly staff. Good coffee. Eggs Benny are great, loved the crumpet, maybe a small portion for a guy, but just right for me. Mushroom mixed also very nice. Will come back since the menu had many other great options.
Thought we’d try somewhere new for us and local-ish. A bit close to their kitchen closing but they let us squeeze our lunch order in. The chicken sandwich was good and messy and the chips were seriously tasty. Coffee and staff were 👍

"Tucked away" in a lonesome part of Brighton - as far as cafes and stores go - is The Little Ox. It's in an area much more conducive to finding good parking, and has a nice, welcoming feeling to it on the inside. I came here today on a warm, sunny day, and they have a big outdoor seating area, and
Little Ox is our favourite local!! Staff are friendly and attentive and food and coffee are excellent. Wife is a HUGE fan of the chilli scrambled eggs, and for me poached eggs with all the sides or Eggs Benedict. We are a tad lazy, so most Sundays (and some week days) we get home delivery via Uberea
