The coffee was PERFECT both as a latte and filtered.
The food is simple but executed flawlessly.... You can go the health options or full blown heart failure with pancakes topped with fried chicken and bacon.
Great relaxed vibe with great music (hip hop) flowing through the speakers but don’t be fooled this crew know what they are doing and do it well!

Apart from the food we appreciated the waiting staffs' excellent manners, friendliness and letting us linger on with our friends after finishing our breakfast.
Loved every bit of breakfast this morning went with my son and bro. Waiter was very relaxed, friendly & prompt. My 3 year old loved him. Food & coffee was amazing!!! Had the Baked bowl with avo and bro had hotcakes with fried chicken. Yum yum.

Super friendly staff! Chicken was crunchy with a nice kick and potato rosti in donut burger was delicious. Enjoyed the beats too so will definitely be back to try other dishes. Very nice to sit in the sun for a lazy brunch.

I love the vibe of this place!! The food took a long time to come out, but that's just because of how popular it is. When I got my smashed avocado and danish feta on toast, I was not disappointed! I will be coming here very frequently from now on 😊😊 Great service, great options, great overall experience ❤️

I have been dying to try their fried chicken and pancakes (pictured) because of the interesting combo, however was very disappointed. The chicken was way too spicy and did not have a crunchy batter like I was expecting. The pancakes were a good size (two was definitely plenty for once) but were very dry even though I drenched them in maple syrup. Possibly just not a good day in the kitchen... Also the place is quite small, with seating along the entry way and just a small room in front of the kitchen. In saying that, it is still a cool brunch spot with good coffee and clearly loved by locals. I have had their French Toast here and that did not disappoint and they played the best beats (for any R'n'B/Hip Hop lovers)! Service is quick and the staff are pretty chilled.
Great cofffee and a delicious menu, fried chicken is yum! Donut is sublime. Service was quick and friendly. Cant wait to try other items.

Are you looking for somewhere to linger peacefully over a coffee while luxuriating in spacious comfort? This is not that place.
The sign at the door said that "the coffee is hot and the staff are hotter", so we knew we were heading into a spot with a certain attitude. Go through that door and you find yourself in what seems to be a narrow laneway with a roof. Down the laneway and you move into a room with a few tables and a kitchen out the back.
The place was pretty full with customers when we went in and more arrived afterwards (they were literally turning customers away) and what with staff getting around doing staffy things it's all pretty busy. "Pocket sized and bustling" might be one description. "Cramped" might be another.
Tables in the room seem to be at a premium, so you're probably going to end up in the laneway sitting at the bench that runs down the side, perched on a stool. (Giving you the chance to do the joke "Need a stool?" "No thanks, Had one this morning") What I believe are called "Urban Grooves" by the hip young kids are -played at volume that makes conversation impractical. Oddly the stools at the bench are arranged so close to each other that the seating risks going from "communal" to "intimate" and if you can't converse with your partner you can certainly get involved in the conversations of strangers next to you.
Service is friendly in the "Hey guys! What can I get for you guys?" manner.
My partner and I headed in for a brunch and found ourselves a place at the bench. We were soon given water and menus and shortly afterwards had our order taken. We went with Poached eggs on toast and mushrooms and Homemade crumpets with vegemite along with coffees.
The coffees were really excellent, obviously made by someone who knows their way round a machine and made with care.
The eggs and mushrooms were fine/ Bread is sourced from the Brighton Jetty Bakery and so the toast was really good. The eggs were nicely done, still runny in the middle and the big mushrooms with grilled really well.
The homemade crumpets I was not so impressed with. They were all right, but not what I was expecting. They were certainly homemade, but crumpets are supposed to be light and fluffy and full of holes while these were quite dense and heavy and hole free. If they'd been on the menu as "homemade English muffins" then fair enough. But they weren't crumpets. They came with a big scoop of butter whipped up with vegemite, which was sort of fun.
Prices were in the $10-20 range and we paid just over $30 for the two of us which seems fair.
I'm not at all sure that this would be my first choice for brunch - there are places where you can do this sort of thing and stretch you legs out - but I'd certainly return.

Lord almighty have I fallen in love. I've previously made note that it can be hard to distinguish places based on breaky but Cream steps into a league of its own. Incredible service, intensely good flavours & 5/5 coffee. One of if not the best breakfast spot in Adelaide.
I had the baked pan full of chorizo, mushrooms, tomato, capsicum, spinach, a little bit of heat offset by goats cheese I absolutely could not contain my taste buds excitement at how well executed the flavour balance was. The first thing I bit into was the white of the fried egg and they are notoriously unexciting- not at Cream. Perfectly cooked, well seasoned there's not 1 thing I can fault here. A must.
Along a tight, narrow walkway is a cute little coffee place in Brighton. The place is tiny so no prams for all the mummies out there so maybe leave the kids at home for a quite meal.
There wasn't any tables available so the waitress offered free coffees and placed us on a waiting list. Didn't have to wait long for a table to be available.
By then coffee was so good I had finished mine and ordered another caffe latte.
Decided to try the hot cakes with maple bacon and the chicken whilst the wife had the corn fritters. The hot cakes came out thick. Now it tasted good but the hot cakes seemed dense. Could've been fluffier but it was still pleasant to eat. The wife's corn fritters were also dense. But both she and I had the chicken and that was delish.
Overall nice place for coffee. Will be back to try other items on the menu.
Always has delicious food, great atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and professional. The coffee is the best in Adelaide. We travel across town to visit CREAM regularly.

Slap bang in the middle of Jetty Road in Brighton, C.R.E.A.M is the perfect spot when the sunny weather comes out to play and damn, has it been playing hard to get this year! The eateries décor is bright and white with wooden accents and a subtle ‘by the sea’ vibe. You wont see any ‘blue and white with anchors on every available surface’ but there is something that suggests beach – maybe it’s just the salt in the air. With little hints of hip-hop spattered around the place we can see this place has a bit of character…aaand the owners are into hip-hop. OBVS.
Truly amazing food, hang on to these chefs, I can't wait until I return.The vibe in the place is just as good as the food and I have never seen this place empty, the secret to success in the food business is to have good food that people will talk about and keep coming back for & C.R.E.A.M has ticked both of those boxes. There is everything to suit all tastes from sweet to savoury that's the hardest choice to make.

Amazing little cafe at Brighton. I wish it was a bit more spacious but who cares when you get amazing food and services like what CREAM provides.
Services - staffs are super friendly and chill. No stress even though the cafe is flooded with customers and a long line. They were amazingly kind giving free coffee as we are waiting to be seated. Can never say no to free coffee. Food and drinks served pretty fast. I've only order one stack of hotcake and they served two stacks by accident. Without any drama they only charge me for one.
Food - love the hotcakes. Portion is extremely big. Presentation makes me drool 😋. They have some unusual combo for the hotcakes but it's worth trying. I've order maple syrup bacon and Rogo's special fried chicken. It's such a weird combination but believe it or not it works. It's not that weird after all having fried chicken with hotcake. My gf had the prosciutto and mushroom crepes which is another fantastic dish. It was just delicious. I cannot describe anymore further but you gotta try it yourself.
Drinks - coffee was great. Love my coffee strong with nice aroma. Didn't pay much attention to their juices or smoothies yet. Was too intrigue by their food menu.
It's definitely a hidden gem around Brighton. Highly recommended. I will have to make more trips to Brighton now.

This is one of those discoveries I didn’t want to share with anyone but I guess it’s no secret anyway. Our first visit there was too late. I was kicking myself for not having discovered this place earlier. Almost a little hidey-hole with an unsuspecting doorway, it’s easy to miss this place. Except there’s a line outside waiting for a table so you just know it’s there. We walked down the narrow hallway with bar seats to one side and entered a secret world. The livelihood in this place is electric. Behold – C.R.E.A.M. Brighton.
Such a cool little cafe with excellent coffee and a great vibe. The Wu Tang theme is awesome. Really friendly and down-to-earth staff. My macchiato was made perfectly. The food menu was small but I'm looking forward to trying it.
Cream in Brighton, Adelaide is a cute spot for robust coffees and delicious Abbots and Kinney pastries. My butterscotch cruffin was filled with caramel custard and my friend's blueberry Danish was crisp and crunchy!
Cool little coffee spot with very friendly staff and great atmosphere. I had a peppermint tea which was fine (can't really go wrong) but I would recommend they get different tea strainers as a lot of the tea leaves escaped.
Thought we would try this place after weeks of walking past and seeing people waiting outside to get in. Told we would have to wait for 25min before we would get a seat and offered a free coffee while we waited.
Got a seat within the time. This place has a cool funky vibe just like many Melbourne cafes. Staff super friendly and efficient with service. The coffee is nice and worth a cup or two. We ordered the breakfast burger and baked eggs. The burger was tasty but expensive for what is served when compared to many other popular cafes around Adelaide. The baked eggs was a little dry unfortunately.
I think we would go back to try something else from the menu, but I would wait in line to get in.
Excellent coffee, great ambience. A trendy spot on the Brighton strip - reminds me of being in Melbourne (my home town). Can't comment on the food but had a coffee there each day and it was consistent and smooth.
Amazing little find on Jetty Rd. You can see why there was a wait to get in, well are truly worth it (a very delightful wait with a delicious complimentary coffee). The service, friendly staff, filter coffee and food were all amazing. Only minor fault was a rock hard egg in our baked eggs. Otherwise best cafe experience we had while in Adelaide!!!

Where to start. Possibly the best customer service experience I have had in my LIFE. CREAM down at Brighton is not wheelchair accessible as it has steps. My friends and I were interested in going here for brunch on the weekend. Following email correspondence with the owner of CREAM, my friend said to me that he had said they were more than willing to set up a little table out the back of the cafe in their car park area. And they did. When we arrived, not only was there a lovely table all set up for us, but the owners had set up a little marquis to shield us from the sun, as well as little lights hanging from the roof, a fan and our own waiter. I nearly cried at the amount of thought and effort that had gone into ensuring I'd have a positive and inclusive experience. The food didn't disappoint either - fresh, full of flavour and good bacon (bad bacon is such a letdown!). Had the cafe been accessible in the first place my rating would be five, but the CREAM Team more than made up for it with their efforts to go over and above. Thankyou so much guys! x
Nice little cafe near Brighton beach. I love coming here for Sunday brunch on bright sunny days. Staffs are all super friendly and love the interior. Tried few menus so far and the best are Cubanos sandwiches and Rogo's fried chickens (the sauce that comes with it is super nice). Hotcakes were slightly disappointing, I found it quite dry and flavourless. But if you want something different and somewhere nice to spend your Sunday afternoon, would definitely recommend.
Easily the best coffee in Brighton and is one of my favourites in Adelaide. Synesso coffee machine. Five senses beans. Baristas that know how to use them. Food is great with options for everyone and is reasonably priced. Always greeted with a smile and always a consistently good coffee. Do yourself a favour...
My favourite breakfast place in Adelaide. Great coffee. High chance you'll have to wait for a table but they offer complimentary coffee while you wait. The avo on toast is perfect with crispy asparagus. I once had the pancakes with fruit however the pancakes were burnt on the bottom to the point where I couldn't cut through it.
My favourite thing is the latte art. It's so beautiful. The staff are very fun and friendly. The music is a bit loud but it adds to the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend going with people under 40 cos I took my Grandmother and it was a little full on but she still thought it was "lovely".
Will keep coming back!
Cream has a great vibe, friendly service and hits the mark with the menu. Coffee made well, we ordered the OBD (which was pretty delicious) and the French toast (which looked pretty delicious). Seated near the kitchen service window, all other food orders looked delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more on the menu.
Quick service. Staff members were extremely attentive. Might have to wait a while to get a table but worth it. Coffee was excellent well worth the name of a specialty coffee store. Food was great and at a reasonable price. Would definitely return for great coffee

As a melbournian it's a must have, so to have discovered this gem of a place will serve me and others well. Great vibe love the Wu Tang influence looks like an adventurous menu.. Finally a decent food and coffee option in Brighton. Outstanding coffee, great food, attentive service and dope beats. Good options to deviate from your usual breakfast fare (I had the mushroom and prosciutto crepe). Can't wait to go back.
A super funky little (literally, very little) spot. I finally had the opportunity to go C.R.E.A.M last Sunday for brunch. As expected, it was buzzing but still warm and inviting. The staff are efficient and super friendly. The food was tasty but my French Toast was just too small - only one piece of bread was served with barley any fruit. I was still hungry when I finished.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and would come back for coffee, at least.

I don't like hip hop. Oh no. No, I actually don't like hip hop at all, bit this Wu Tang loving cafe goes okay. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. I asked if there was to for me to bring a pram in and the guy took my number down and said he give me a call when some space became available. He also offered a complimentary coffee while I waited. A table for two and a pram became available before the coffee could even be made! We were offered a highchair right away.
While the menu reads quite run of the mill, the food we ordered was really well made and flavoursome. Both the hot cakes and the duck salad were generous (the hotcakes in particular were grand!). We were seated next to the kitchen and saw a number of other meals emerge, all looking fresh and delicious. The house coffee goes down a treat, very keen to come back and try an iced coffee, something everyone seemed to be ordering that day! Overall a great little spot, limited seating, nice coffee, well made food, will come back.
How should I bring my baby in?: if its busy and you're prepared to wait staff are able to accommodate for a pram however it's best to just carry baby in your arms or in a capsule if you have one.

Coffee rules everything around me. It sure does. This place was destined to be great given the owner formerly worked at Pure Boutique at Glenelg (another one of my faves). Great coffee and innovative food menu. A small shop that deserves big praise.
Service, food and coffee were all excellent! Baked eggs were to die for. I'm usually a 1 coffee kind of guy but I indulged in a second cappuccino. I will be back!

Atmosphere was cool, staff were really friendly and decor looked brilliant.
Coffee, yeaaaaaa not too bad. Nothing special if I'm honest. But it's nice (that's about it) don't get me wrong.
Food was definitely the let down here. What the menu says and what you get are quite different. Serving sizes are quite small and a bit of a let down.
Will be back for round two though. Considering you guys just opened up, you're doing well.
Dropped in for coffee/lunch today. The guys are doing amazing, especially considering they just opened up shop yesterday. Coffee was top notch and one of the best I've had down south. Food was great but serving sizes are a little on the smaller side so make sure to order plenty!
