I Ordered the food thru DoorDash they forgot to put my drink which I paid for. And the fillet in the burger wasn’t fresh, wasn’t cooked. Very disappointed.
Go regularly as it's a cheap local option but pretty often they get orders wrong. Rebel whopper instead of double whopper. Double whopper with cheese without cheese. Medium chips in a large meal. Small issues I know, but given its regularity shows they have no supervisor or trainer.
Ordered a large coffee and burger. Inexplicably they couldn't do large size that day, so I got a medium, and the beef patty was off/rancid so I had to spit out the first mouthful. It's just fast food and mediocre coffee, but there are still minimum standards.
Bought a new double roadhouse burger it was terrible it had to much sauce and no bacon and cold.I t looked nothing like the photos. Quality control needs attention.
Friendly enough Server, but I ordered the Cowboy burger, asking specifically for NO mustard & add lettuce. Once we got to the park to eat, I discovered my burger was loaded up w- mustard & there was no lettuce. 😏
Since going to Brighton hj’s I can no longer go to any other hj’s. They must put crack in the burgers here. No place does a whopper better than this hj’s. The whopper’s here give me a second heart beat. I drive half an hour to get my hj’s from here. I love you
i had some delicious food from here it was very good for a quick food service, delicious oreo storm i just think customer service could’ve been better but overall good
It was awful, leftover fries and low quality.
I have always been a fan of Hungry Jack’s but I have never ever had the same experince
