Words can't describe how amazing the meal I just had for dinner. Having eaten from tandoori delight a few times I can safely say it's my favourite most delicious Indian restaurant out of all I've tried in Adelaide! each dish so unique and full
of flavour I couldn't fault anything (except I wish there was more of it..) butter chicken, sweet and creamy. Chicken madras, smooth and spicy. Chicken tikka, unexpected unknown explosion of delight. Naan, massive and onion bhaji, crunchy and didn't leave a fatty oil after taste. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes! Thank you Mr Tandoori Delight :)
The new management is really hospitable, food is so yaam and delicious 👍🏼 great Bangladeshi cuisine 🇧🇩
All the dishes we had were great tasting . The butter chicken was a little sweet . None of the dishes are spicy so very kid friendly. Like most reviewers state there is not a lot of meat in the dishes but for 10 bucks a main its understandable . We just ordered more rice to mix with the yummy sauces. Will definitely be returning .
Can’t believe I have lived in the area for over 10 years and hadn’t tried Tandoori delight before.
We had butter chicken garlic naan rice and lamb korma tonight.
Have to agree with other reviews, the butter chicken was very sweet. Even the kids said it was too sweet but scoffed it down regardless.
Garlic naan was great, rice good too.
I haven’t had lamb korma before but I was really happy with it. I asked for medium spicy as it said “mild” on the menu. Flavour was fantastic. Not too hot. Just right.
Again I would agree with other reviewers about the quantity of meat in the curry. It was a reasonable amount but certainly not pleantiful.
Overall I would recommend this little curry takeout place to any lover of good Indian curry.
Four stars. 👍
Excellent food. Amazing Service. Satisfaction guaranteed.
I was thrilled to see the amazing variation in their menu which is different than most other Indian Restaurants in Adelaide. They wowed my taste buds with the fresh ingredients cooked with love. They provide halal option which was great since I could choose meat curries at their restaurant and did not have to stick to palak paneer. The highlight of my meal was their Adrakhi chapen which was so flavourful and yummy. I was also impressed with their service, I could tell they care about the customer. They referred me as a guest not a customer though. Loved the experience, this will be my go to place from now on.
We could not speak more highly of this place. The food is excellent, soooo tasty, the owners are nice, and its very well priced.
My wife and i eat there every few weeks. We eat in, its a nice little place, clean and tidy, we get two mains, a rice to share and two garlic naans for $30.00!
You cant beat that, and we are always satisfied, great little local restaurant.
