We stayed at the hotel in November 2020 but we didn't eat at the restaurant. A year later, in November 2021, we booked in at the Walnut. I had the char-grilled 180g pasture fed eye fillet, rare. It was perfect. The vegetables are a nice accompaniment to the dish. The meal portion is perfect for me.

Came here in Feb and had a super experience with my friend. Very nice service with great dishes, you would sit in a old fashioned room and enjoy your time here. Still remember the fish and the impressive crab salad as the side.

The food is first rate. Steaks to perfection, risotto, crab spaghettini and chicken all excellent. Our table of 6 was well taken care of by young, totally professional wait staff. Thank your for a wonderful first night in Brisbane.
