I don’t eat gnocchi. I regularly eat in a wide variety of restaurants all over the world. I have never ordered gnocchi in a restaurant... ever.
Gnocchi Brothers is exceptionally good! Every single dish we ordered was spectacular. Packed full of flavor in the sauces and the gnocchi light and fluffy. From bocconcini & tomato, olives, Tuscan pork ribs (wow!!!), to various flavors sauce covered gnocchi (think crab & lobster, duck raghu etc). Don’t miss the hand cut chunky fries with truffle salt & aioli! The portions are generous but not obscene.
The staff are attentive, friendly, generous and enthusiastic about food with not a single hint of pretentiousness!
Go there again? Absolutely!
The gnocchi was delicious but the chips were really amazing! Super crispy and fluffy with truffle salt and aioli. Absolutely the best chips I’ve ever had. Only downside was the bread, very dry. Service was great too. Definitely recommend!

Coming from being around Italians after being married to one i can honestly say these gnocchi are by far amazing the best ive tasted and the tiramisu is mouth watering. I got to try their sauces in the bottles and they taste amazing. This is my new go to eating place at robina. Keep up the great work.
Greeted by friendly staff whilst having a table booking. We ordered various entrees which were a nice starter, followed by fresh and beautifully cooked Gnocchi accompanied by your desired sauce which was delightful. Of course to finish off the evening a choice of deserts were enjoyed with a touch of lemonchello. Great food, nice friendly staff, and value for money. 10/10.
Went all the way from sunshine coast to try these gnocchi as I am a gnocchi lover. Even though we didn't make a reservation they arranged a table for us and were very welcoming & friendly which was surprising since it was a Friday night and it was full. The gnocchis were amazing, perfect texture, homemade style. The sauces were full of flavour and very rich, my favourite was the pesto... Absolutely amazing and totally recommended! Not to mention the price, I'm tired of paying $30 for a plate of gnocchis on the coast were they are totally over priced. So happy gnocchi brothers can balance quality & good price.

Delicious gnocchi
My husband and I dropped in for a Sunday lunch and ordered the People's Choice - the 2 most popular dishes of wild mushroom truffle sauce and beef bolognaise and a ricotta cannolo. We thought the gnocchi was delicious and they were very generous with the parmesan and napkins (still only doing takeaway). The cannolo was pretty good too!
This place sells lovey Gnocchi. We went there on a busy Friday but had no problem booking a table. The food came out quickly and was delicious. If your kids love gnocchi then this place is great. Only reason for 4 stars was that (unsurprisingly) they don’t sell any other pastas. If you have kids that don’t love gnocchi then there are no other options for them to eat.
The first time I had Gnocchi gnocchi brothers was at the Brisbane sqaure markets, safe to say that I'm now addicted and it has literally become a tradition to come to their Paddington joint every so often for my gnocchi fix. The food is great value and truly delicious - you will not be disappointed for $13!!!!. My personal favourite is the mushroom truffle plus (always) a mop bread on the side.
Amazing experience. You could tell the gnocchi was fresh and made with fresh ingredients. Taste was superb. Recommend booking a table in advance! :)
Stumbled across this restaraunt on Zomato and I was dying to try it out! Came to order some take away as we were running short on time, the layout and ambience of the restaraunt seemed really relaxed and intimate, they even provide blankets on the seats towards the window for when it becomes a little chilly at night.
I ordered the mushroom, truffle gnocchi and it was spectacular!!!! Gnocchi was airy and fluffy and the sauce was to die for!!

Gnocchi Brothers is probably my favourite restaurant in Brisbane for a number of reasons. For ease of reading I will just list why:
- Gnocchi is my favourite food (which probably immediately makes me biased but oh well)
- They have a number of options that fit within my dietary restrictions
- IT IS SO CHEAP (this is what will always keep me coming back because anything even similar quality, and in many times worse are far more expensive)
- The gnocchi is fresh (and so delicious)
- The staff are friendly and accomodating
- The seating is outside and in the winter months they provide blankets and heaters
- Casual yet still romantic
I think my pet hate is being served gnocchi at other restaurants at double or over double the price of Gnocchi Brother that is out of a packet. If you are in Brisbane you MUST give this place a try.

Honestly the best gnocchi I’ve had in a long while! I was extremely impressed! The servers were very friendly and seemed attentive to every customer. There was a long wait for the food as they were busy and apologised for it so it was no worries at all. The calamari was a little dry for my liking and the cannoli was disappointing. I think their restaurant’s layout is a little weird considering their outside seating area is in front of a store that’s closed during the night. They should consider expanding as it looked kind of unprofessional and shady in a way.
Definitely lives up to its name, if you are going to name the restaurant after one dish it must be fantastic and this really is. Have tried nearly all options and cannot pick a favourite
Picked up takeaway on the way home from work on a rainy Friday night. I wish I dined in as the seating area looked so pretty. I ordered the calamari and the wild mushroom and truffle gnocchi. The calamari was really yum, I would have liked it to be a bit more crispy. The gnocchi was absolutely incredible! The potato pillows melt in your mouth and the sauce was delicious. Will definitely be coming back in the next few weeks to try another flavour and I will be bringing my family. Cheap prices for quality food.
I was having a lazy night with my dining companions, so we decided to go to Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers for some takeaway. We’d all previously dined in, so it was going to be interesting to compare the two experiences.
After we had ordered, the food came out in less than 2 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised about the turnaround time and made me wonder about the preparation gone into the takeaway system.
The food was overall pretty good, I liked the pesto gnocchi a bit more than what I had ordered (the bolognese). The bread (an additional $1) was a nice accompaniment. I think I enjoyed the food more at the time I had dined in, but overall - $13 for a box of good takeaway gnocchi is great.
Went for dinner here on a chilly Friday night in Brisbane and the waiters were lovely enough to give us all blankets which was great! The gnocchi was delicious and perfect warm meal to warm us up. The portions are great and the flavours combos were fantastic! I had the pork and fennel sausage gnocchi which was a special and it was creamy and delicious.
Unpretentious pricing and generous portions. Went back for seconds and I highly recommend the Gnocchi with Wild Mushroom (has truffle in it) and the Gnocchi with Slow Cooked Duck
I've been a firm hater of mushrooms for years but for some reason the mushroom gnocchi is my favourite here. I've had takeaway and dine in and would recommend takeaway, saves you a few dollars and still tastes just as good!

The Meatballs Family paid Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers a visit for dessert.
Mini Meatball ordered the traditional Sicilian Ricotta Cannoli ($6), Lady Meatball went with the Lemon Gelato ($5) and in typical Meatballs And Beef Cheeks fashion I ordered the Traditional Slow-Cooked Bolognese Gnocchi ($15).
A few initial observations: the prices have gone up from $12 a year ago to $15 today; they’ve gone from a shaved Parmesan to grated; the cannoli are pre-filled; and the gelato was pre-packaged in a plastic cup (and was not gelato).
The gnocchi were tender and very good - the sauce was not as thick and rich as I would have liked and I could have done without the copious serving of diced spring onion on top, but overall it was a good dish and rated 4.0 out of 5.0.
As I mentioned, the cannoli are pre-filled - a big ‘no, no’ for my wife who used to work in a traditional Italian bakery. They were good, but nothing special and rated 3.0 out of 5.0.
Marketed as gelato, the product served to us is what I would call Italian Ice. It is made locally at Lick Ice Cream and was quite tasty. Still a shame it was served in the plastic. This rated 3.5 out of 5.0.
Overall, I would rate Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers 3.5-4.0 out of 5.0. The food was good, but they are cutting a few corners.

I had the mushroom and truffle oil and omg it was so flavourful! I used the bread given to soak up all the rest of the sauce that I could!
The gnocchi was perfectly soft, almost melt in your mouth, and I’m not usually a massive gnocchi fan.

Near perfection after a patron I was with threw a tantrum and a slight error in the booking was sorted. Have been eating their gnocchi since they were at eat street, cannot fault the food! It is always amazing, and would like to thank them for going the extra mile for making us feel welcome
This is the best gnocchi I've ever had in my life! Imagine light, pillowy clouds of carby goodness paired with a flavourful, creamy mushroom and truffle sauce, or a lobster bisque and blue swimmer crab sauce. The service here was extremely attentive and the food was nothing short of amazing. I'd definitely come back here to satisfy my gnocchi cravings.
Fast and well priced, ordered via uber eats and had it within 20 minutes. Very was very hot and well packaged and very delicious, the gnocchi was wonderful. great to see food more food options open late.
Great value for money, food is amazing. You dine on the side walk where it can get a bit cold but the friendly staff are always there to look after you with blankets and heaters. Worth a try for sure.

It's really a takeaway but with a small number of seats for dining in. Gnocchi were amazing. Especially at this price. Staff were friendly and passionate. Takeaway service at 6:30 on Saturday night was super quick. Can't fault it. And i'll say it again: I can't believe they can do it at this price. Wish they would open up back home in Perth!
Dayummmmm!!! This place is the bomb diggity on a cold winters night. Such good value for $12 buckaroos you can score a delish bowl of gnocchi and some bread to soak up the juices! Can someone say "get in my belly". I had the slow cooked duck gnocchi, which was delish but need to try the other flavours fo' surrree. But be warned I recommend reserving a table well in advance its super duper busy. But yummy food and definitely will be back again. Finally some good Italian 👌🏽
I've been meaning to come here for a while now, and the food was worth the wait! Soft gnocchi, a delicious sauce on it and cold winter night - everything about Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers did the trick for me. Loved the light and simple feel of this tiny laneway restaurant, and the staff is super friendly! Can't wait to go back again!
One of the few restaurants I've been that actually does gnocchi well. It is the only option on their menu so you'd hope so! I highly recommend the gnocchi with wild mushroom and truffle. The sauce is creamy and perfectly balanced.
The only con is the restaurant has limited seating so be sure to book.
It's hard not rate this place 5 stars. The Gnocchi is amazing, and a wide range of flavours. The portion sizes are large, so you don't need to chips ...... but they are great ..... and I get them anyway.
One tip, and that's to dine in if you can. I found the takeaway size quite small by comparison.
Beautiful home made gnocchi at an extremely affordable price for such good quality. The service is prompt and friendly, although to sit down it is rather busy but they also do take away which is a perfect excuse to go enjoy a picnic on the beach.

Wild mushroom and truffle gnocchi- as others have said it was quite oily but once mixed into the sauce, for me it was so good- thinking it was a splash of truffle oil. Whatever it was it was well seasoned and everything I love in a creamy mushroom pasta. So much flavour. The gnocchi was so much better than I thought it would be and added to the decadence.
We did share this, I don't think I could have finished it on my own. Would have loved a side garden salad to be on the takeaway menu but the bread was a delicious side to mop up that flavourful sauce.
Tiramisu was pretty good- strong and moist- coco top- great for $6.

Good service and Food.
I ordered through Uber eats but when the gnocchi was delivered our order was missing a dish. I'm sure you can all imagine the hanger and disappointment. I called them and spoke to Sam who was really helpful. He apologised for the mix up and offered some solutions. In the end i decided to head over and pick up the lost gnocchi. They also refunded me for the gnocchi sitting at home and threw in a free dessert. I thought this was great service and they acted quickly to fix a mistake and were happy to help.

tried out @gnocchignocchibrothers for the first time last weekend and my goodness, I've been missing out! The Gnocchi is made fresh onsite everyday and the taste is amazing. The wild mushroom and truffle sauce was my favourite, closely followed by the duck ragu. Ben and the rest of the staff are very friendly and service is fast. The prices are amazing at $6 for entree and desserts and mains at $12. I'd highly recommend a visit - I'll be back again soon
Easy friendly and fresh. Al fresco. Busy road could put you in Roma, except for the lack of scooter horns and two stroke smoke. The gnocchi is fresh and the sauces tasty. The deserts are sensational and the tiramisu world class. We enjoyed our night there.

Shut the front door! An entire eatery based around gnocchi!
When I heard about this place I knew I had to go whilst back up in QLD over
xmas. At $12 a pop and with 5 different sauces to choose from, I was tempted to
get them all :P But I resisted my inner fatty and got the duck ragu and then
proceeded to steal some of my fam’s Bolognese, #sorrynotsorry. The reviews I
had read were on point when they said these guys produced the goods. Even by
the time we drove our take-away home, the gnocchi pieces were soft, fluffy
pillows of heaven. Not stodgy, not dry, jusssssst right! As a born & bred
meat eater I always want more meat in a pasta sauce, but the bits I did get
were absolutely delicious. The sauces were a touch oily but otherwise very
flavoursome and all approved of the sauce to pasta ratio.
Slight downfall this visit was they sent us away with 2xragu
and 2xbolognese instead of our takeaway order of 1xragu and 3xbolognese. And
sadly we didn’t realise until we got home (20 mins across town). However, they
were great about it and have already followed up to organise a meal on the
house to apologise for the mix up. In their defence they are the talk of the
town and the place sounded like it was pumping when we called to let them know
there may be a rogue Bolognese on the pass!
I will definitely be hitting these guys up again next time
I’m in town for a visit and that mushroom & truffle sauce will fall victim
to my bottomless pit of a stomach ;)

We were driving from Airlie Beach to Brisbane. As Canadian travelers we took the opportunity to stop at a beach, pet a kangaroo and had a small lunch. We arrived at our apartment in Brisbane late at 10:30 pm. It was a 15 hour drive. After unloading our luggage our landlord suggested the only restaurant open at the time was a Domino's Pizza. So, we headed for it. After parking the car we passed a restaurant that seemed to be closing all the tables and seats were stacked inside the store; but, there were two men sitting on the boulevard in front of the restaurant. Staff were mopping floors and wiping windows. In passing, we asked them if the restaurant was open. One of the two men must have detected our Canadian accents and asked, "Are you guys hungry?" "You better believe it." we responded.
It turns out they were co owners, they looked at each other and said, "yes we are closed but we can get something for you as long as it doesn't require the deep fryer." They set a table outside just for the three of us and prepared the best meal we had in all of the meals we had in Australia over a five week period. They served us their signature Mushroom Gnocchi, Duck Gnocchi and the Bolognese Gnocchi. The meal was absolutely divine and flavourful. They were warm, made us feel welcome, service was unexpectedly perfect and the gnocchi was second to none.
These guys are committed and care about what they do at the very core. We saw them smelling and sampling a new batch of extra virgin olive oil after hours for quality.
We can't wait to be back and recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Italian cuisine and excellent service from two entrepreneurs who will no doubt be very successful business owners.

....It's just weird having dinner at 4. Only seating available for the night, but, It was well worth it though.
The food is brilliant. Obviously we had gnocchi, there is literally just gnocchi on the menu for mains. We shared between 3 the prawn, the mushroom & the bolognese. Great location & great taste. I don't have a massive appetite but definitely ate more than my share & in my opinion, great value !!
We also had one of every entree. The fried olives were salty deliciousness & the chips crunchy & golden. The caprise salad was a little bit dull. I'm not a huge fan of mozzarella though.
It's not table service. The lady serving at the counter was lovely. We didn't feel rushed at any point.
I'll definitely be making the trip across town again. Highly recommended. Busy & booked out for a reason.
Mumma freaken mia. Australia's first gnoccheria is in my hood! These delicious carbs have been calling my name. Slow clap for the slow-cooked duck ragu; standing ovation for the wild mushroom & truffle. This lil piggy could easily have downed 2 of the takeaway serves. So good.
AMAZING! It was worth the drive. First off we were greeted with great customer service and a smiling face (how often do you get that). We ordered the gnocchi with slow cooked duck and the spicy cherry tomato with olive black sauce. Each dish was $12. While we waited for food they provide free sparkling water (once again.. that never happens). The food came out fast, fresh and hot with flavours that packed a punch. The size of the dish was very decent. To sum it up, great food at a good price. Thank you gnocchi gnocchi brothers.. we will be back to work our way through the menu!
We finally have an eatery dedicated to gnocchi! How exciting is this?! I can’t say that I love gnocchi so much that I’m willing to eat it every single day, but I definitely enjoy a good bowl of gnocchi every now and then. It’s so comforting and satisfying. The queue on the opening night of Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers was literally out the door. We got there well ahead of the 6pm opening time and found ourselves in a crowd of people all eagerly waiting to get in. The menu here is simple, a few starters and some complementary sides, a few different gnocchi options (all $12 each) including our favourites - wild mushroom and truffle oil sauce, and slow-cooked duck ragú. Of course, for dessert, you get the Italian classics, namely traditional vanilla bean panna cotta, fresh Sicilian ricotta cannoli as well as the house-made Italian tiramisú.
Wild mushroom and truffle gnocchi is perfect. Well done on all the flavours and the gnocchi is flawless.
Purchased this at marketta. THe only thing I would say is the portion size is way too small, more like an entree size not a main meal.. please make it a little bit bigger.
Our waitress was exceptional, above all else this is what we liked about the place more than anything. The food was good, always satisfying and quickly put together. In all we felt very taken care of and loved such a nice evening in Paddington.
We were very happy with the food and the friendly staff here. A small menu with rich and fresh dishes done well. To be mindful of the menu prices listed, which were for take away; we were charged more for eating in. I don't mind the price differential, but it wasn't clear to us when we ordered and we had to check afterwards as thought maybe we'd been charged for an extra drink. Would certainly eat here again.
Ordered takeaway here tonight to try something different. The gnocchi was delicious! Very flavourful and left us feeling so full and satisfied. Thank you!
Absolutely amazing! Best gnocchi I've ever had! The entrees and desserts are also amazing. The calamari was perfectly cooked and the cannoli was delicious.
Superb service as well. Very friendly staff who made sure to check on us often.
The menu is also very simple and easy to navigate. Just one page! Much better than having to flip through pages and pages of food.
Only downside I can see about this location is their limited seating, but I don't really see this as their problem. Just how the the location works. Make sure to set a reservation in advance since it can get busy. Or just get it to go!
Definitely making a point to come back here in the near future. I need more gnocchi in my life!
