Let me start by saying the staff are friendly and not in your face at all with asking if you're ready, etc, or during eating.
Now, for what we ordered, the steak being $45, I was hoping they cooked it right. You can always ask for a medium rare, and it's rare it's cooked right. This was perfectly cooked and was delicious to eat, definitely keen for it again.
We also ordered corn fritters, which also cooked well and was yummy 😋

What a surprise find. We were heading to a restaurant in Given Terrace , but the was full . So my daughter looked up dog friendly restaurant an Billykart in West end came up. We just wanted a quick feed with the grandkids after work and then home . What we found surprise us both . You simply need to visit this restaurant. The food is fresh, imaginative and I’m guessing Italian inspired . Simply delicious, will go back .

I enjoyed their own style of eggs Benedict, it was really good! The other dishes are awesome as well, and the coffee was great!
Very spacious and comfortable seating arrangement. Clean and hygienic. Friendly service. Plenty of parking around the area.

Never ending delays and poor service. The place was busy but not overwhelming busy. No sign of the host for a full 5 mins and then he had to clear a table for us. A waitress took our drink order quickly but didn’t take our food order for ages. Our drinks eventually arrived but well before they food. My hot chocolate just tasted like oat milk. My mum ordered English breakfast tea and got a horrible tea leave mix which she didn’t drink at all and still got charged. The food didn’t come until 40 mins after we ordered. I got the avocado toast which was nice but not worth $19 or the wait. The rest of the table got pancakes and the brekky burger which they enjoyed. If there were delays in the kitchen/ coffees etc we wouldn’t have minded the wait if we were informed when we entered the restaurant.

😊The seats of restaurants are fully booked on the weekend so you definitely need to book beforehand unless you want to sit outside

What's not to love about Billykart? Amazing food, tasty coffee, friendly staff and a lovely manager. Our building has lost power for 5 days and the staff at Billykart are giving us a place to relax and charge our devices. I love this place and I always feel welcome. Thank you Billykart <3

Quick lunch in Billykart, we ordered breaks burger, seed loaf loaf with avocado and truffle chips, great food and relax environment, feel so full tummy after the lunch 😂😂

Main meals were average or below, the roast veges were nice but the roast pork was below average and he crackle was black and wasn't crunchy like it should be.
My friends main meals weren't nice either, but I did love the Zucchini Flowers entree that was delicious! Would of preferred that hands down.
The Chocolate Brownie dessert was amazing, perfect dessert only bad thing I can say is that it was too small I ate within 5 seconds.
Really loved the Brownie with cream and the caramel wasn't sickening either. None of it was heavy.
Definitely need a bigger serving, the jar was too small - either put on plate or bowl and double the size of the jar used.
Overall was good but very disappointed with the main meal and that you couldn't do lemon lime bitters at the bar because you ran out.

Just had an insanely delicious meal at Billykart. Especially amazing as I have some pretty complex food restrictions with my health at the moment. These guys were so accommodating. I didn't feel like I was imposing on them. This will be my definite go to place for dinner in West End

Great food as usual very poor service from surly wait staff. Food and drinks practically thrown at us. Will in future take my custom to Gun shop cafe. Equally good food but much better service.

Food was really good when it came out. Got our coffee order wrong and seems like we went to the end of a very long coffee queue for them to fix. Took just a bit too long for the food to arrive but when it did it was delish! The staff we encountered were all very friendly

Food was good, atmosphere was good, service was good. I did find my meal unfortunately a bit heavy and the flavours were a little extreme. For example, the cheesy cauliflower with ale was very heavy with ale and the molasses carrots were very heavy with molasses. The salmon was lovely and the side salad on the plate with the lamb was great!

Super busy & the food took ages to come out (over an hour for a table of 5). We dared to ask the waitress how long it may take & she was really rude! We had been nothing but polite and understanding that they were busy, so there was no need for her attitude. The manager/supervisor was extremely lovely though & the food was good - just too long to be served.

Great service, excellent food, fantastic espresso martini! We went to dinner Sunday night and were seated right next to the open kitchen. I rather enjoyed watching the chefs work -- especially the one with the sleeve of tattoos. Single and straight, by any chance? ;)
