Nitrogenie - Brisbane - Photo album

Simply Wow !!! I have had had many mocktails with liquid nitrogen before but this was my first experience with ice-cream and I wasnt disappointed !! I am not sure if it was liquid nitrogen that added to the taste but the Belgium chocolate flavour was awesome. The consistency of icecream was to die
A little on the expensive side, however you're paying for an experience. Quite mesmerising to watch. The ice cream is actually really smooth in texture.
Novelty points aside the ice cream is amazing! The first time we went was purely from the pull factor of the cloud of nitrogen rising from the mixer but when I got my salted caramel popcorn... OMG! Only issue is I've been back a handful of times and I can't seem to get anything different, it was so
Visually very cool to watch your ice cream being created from liquid and given to you as ice cream within minutes. We had the Nutella one and it tasted like eating Nutella straight from the jar. A little more pricey than usual, approx 8 dollars for a cone. Menu changes flavours regularly, seating ou
Visually spectacular to see ice cream made this way. The flavours taste exactly as listed. Tables outside to sit and eat your ice cream. Lemon meringue and Nutella flavours shown with my post.
The lemon meringue pie ice cream is something that everybody should try at least once. Ice cream at this particular branch is very well made (as compared to the one in Indooroopilly shopping centre) and waiting time is not too long. Service is also great!
Ice cream made out real ingredients and liquid nitrogen. Pretty cool to see, also tastes good. I tried their Nutella ice cream and it hit the spot for sure!
Definitely worth a visit the ice cream is delicious and you see it get made right at the counter.
