We did the bottomless brunch and I am so impressed! The food was amazing and the cocktails were phenomenal! They were so generous with the drinks as well. Jessica, the lady who served us, was a ball of joy and really brightened our moods on a rainy Saturday! :)

Mesmerising and stunning club definitely fit for a king and queen. Opulance and Decadance and right up my alley! 2 bars, 2 floors, amazing bathrooms, incredible chandeliers! A few little corners need renovating (fabrics and surfaces ripped back, but nothing too concerning in the dim light). Definitely would love to book a booth and have a cocktail night with the girls!

Love this place the ambience is amazing - soaring high ceilings and real plants are great. Always a great place for special events- I.e. wine tastings.

We went for a drag queen brunch. Everything was up to the standard. Generous cocktails serving and tasty food. The drag queens made an amazing show, especially the one called Mandy. A great way to spend Sunday morning/afternoon.

Looks to be more a restaurant currently, but the 2 bars are both breathtakingly amazing, so Nightclub is also an excellent description.
Patrons were all dressed to impress, it was great checking out the fashions.
Invite friends, make a booking, I suggest dinner then drinks, dress well, it's worth the effort.
You will see why.

Great atmosphere. Awesome decor and fabulous service. We there with my daughter for cocktails after we had been elsewhere for lunch. It was so much fun people watching and just enjoying the good vibe the place has.
Have been to Cloudland before for Melbourne Cup day and it was awesome too. Will return.

Her service was the highlight of our night out . And observing other staff as well , they looked like they were enjoying being at work .. that’s good to see at such a classy venue ... we will be back soon ����

Loved the decor, it was amazing! Everywhere you looked you would find some subtle delicate butterflies, and then when you look again, you spot something else! It's so detailed and beautiful. Love Steampunk!
The service is exceptional, they kept the flow of the meal going smoothly, very polite, smiling and friendly. We had kids there with the party too and there was no challenge they couldn't meet.
I love Italian food and they definitely made and cooked it beautifully.

I was at a Melbourne Cup lunch yesterday - on a table with 9 other people. The function room (and facilities) were beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was good (perhaps needed a few more vegetables!) and the drinks were plentiful and all good quality. It’s a great function venue and I will happily attend other functions there in the future :)

Interesting enough someone else broke the glass and we get blamed. ... never coming back.... we explained our situation and what we got back from the staff was opposite of what we expected ! Please teach your staff how to empathize and how to investigate the situation ... not going to play racism card but please educate your staff ....

Definitely a very up market club with amazing deco and fantastic music. The booths are amazing for groups and parties. A definite must for partying and dancing. I had my 50th birthday and all my friends loved it. Going back for sure every year. 👍

We had our engagement party in The Cellar and it was fabulous! The process was so easy from the start, the room was amazing and everything was perfect. The event coordinator Yasmin was terrific to deal with, nothing was a problem and everything I wanted was doable. On the night, Bianca was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond for us and was all over it. I had so many great compliments about her from our guests who were ridiculously impressed with her professionalism and attentiveness. I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing which was a fantastic feeling! The whole night went perfectly, it was everything I could have hoped for and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Our guests were also amazed with how beautiful the entire venue was. 10/10!

We attended our nieces 18th birthday dinner in the restaurant tonight. The night started off great with a really pleasant atmosphere. Shortly after our first course a group of men entered the restaurant and that's when the atmosphere changed dramatically. The men sat behind our group of 15 or so and began making sexual comments about a woman at our table. These comments were loud enough for her and our table to hear. After speaking with management they were asked to finish their drinks and leave. At this point they were given more time to continue sexually harassing her, escalating the situation between the two tables to a verbal altercation. They were still not removed at this point. The final act involved one of the men (the one who was so drunk he couldn't keep his head up) exposing himself to our table as he attempted to make his way toward the woman he'd been harassing. At this point he was then removed, with his friends allowed to finish their drinks.
Although the staff did their best to redeem the night and apologise I definitely think this whole situation could have been averted if the men were either initially refused service due to intoxication or if action had have been taken immediately after the first incident of harassment. This is far from the experience we expected at Cloudland at 8.30pm. Disappointed to say the least.
