It was hot & I was passing this ice cream parlor after a recent trip to Antarctica where ice (without the cream) comes free & easy!! The boysonberry was tart & creamy in a crispy cone, so I was happy
A very large variety of different flavours available - so hard to choose! I ended up having the s’mores ice cream, which was delicious, creamy and decadent. A bit pricey but the scoops are of a decent size.

This was my first pick and I would love to try this again. The consistency was really think and the ice cream has large cubes of Brownie. Portion size was decent for the price taken, small come costs around 5AUD.
They have more than 20 varieties of ice cream which could be taken in cups or cone.

Every time that I go there I get confused which taste to choose as they have a wast variety of choices and all of them look very tempting. Every time I go with two scoops to have the chance of trying most of the tastes. Highly recommended
Amazing selection of unique flavours. Service is a bit lacking but not too bothered because the ice creams are amazing. I had the green tea and hubby had his fav mint. We used the entertainment book which made it taste even yummier!!! Two for one baby!. Great location. Infact too convenient for yummy icecream.
Been visiting Gelatissimo for several years now and we're never disappointed when we leave. The flavours are unique, creative and downright delicious. The gelato is always creamy, smooth and not too sweet. Love trying out the seasonal flavours as they are always a winner! Live and Let Dough & Very Berry Cheesecake are my favourite flavours - can't go wrong with these two.

Good spot in the middle of city and been here for quite sometime now. Wide variety of flavours. Gelato very smooth, not too sweet and good density. Tried the candy wonderful and tasted wonderfully delicious. Fair price
New Years resolutions are for breaking so welcome to the scene of my crime. A simple misdeamour red velvet (cake pieces in smooth cream cheese gelato) became a gateway to full blown felony malted madness (choc malt gelato with crunchy choc malt balls). Exquisitely worth an incarceration of hard core burpees for eternity. Always appreciate the chunky serves here too!
The central location is definitely my downfall. Nothing to do with willpower at all...
Wide variety of flavours! It's a convenient spot for satisfying gelato cravings. I especially like the pistachio, chocolate and espresso flavours.
Gelatissimo is a favorite of mine and my wife's. We always seem to end up here when we come into the city after shopping or dinner. The available flavours and combinations of gelato and sorbets can satisfy any palette, and they don't make a bad coffee either.
The great thing about Gelatissimo is nothing they make tastes artificial, and the available allergen information is really useful for those that need it. Pricing is reasonable and service is usually very quick unless there is a crowd, but the amount of people waiting to be served is more testament to the quality of product Gelatissimo creates.

After dinner my partner ask me for a gelato and since we hadn't been to Gelatissimo in a long time (we used to come here almost once a week when we lived at queen st) we agree to give it a try.
This time there were plenty of flavour that I don't recollect seeing before and also all the classics that you could expect.
I decide on the Passionfruit and my partner goes for 2 flavours, Coconut, and Raisin n Rum.
Despite all our choices been way sweeter than we would have liked we still managed to enjoy most of them.
The Passionfruit was tangy and zesty with plenty of seeds giving it some crunchiness, the gelato was creamy and smooth but I did feel some small ice crystals in it. I would rate it a 3.5 out of 5.
The Rum n Raisins was probably the sweetest from our options, I did not get any raisins but I only got s small spoon out of it so maybe there were some on it but I can't be sure, there was a bit of rum flavour to it but not enough for my liking. I would rate it a 2.5 or 3 out of 5.
The Coconut gelato was the creamiest one, it was again too sweet but the fatness from the coconut kinda helped to go through it. Would rate it a 3.5 out of 5.
Overall this place has been here for a long time and you can find huge queues during summer, but it's s bit overpriced for what you get in my opinion.
Smooth sweet and pleasantly dense like a good gelato should be. Big portions and fair prices. Eftpos allowed for one scoop is great. Gelato can be a bit rich so bring a big appetite and a sweet tooth! I sure did. Awesome family spot placed well on Queen St. Can't miss it. The scent of freshly mixed gelato wafts through the air drawing you in.

A recommended place to have your gelatto. They have sugar-free chocolate flavour which is very good. Not sweet at al but the chocolate flavour is strong. Recommended
Absolutely delicious icecream. Not too sweet like other outlets. Very good price considering the quality of the icecream. Very smooth and flavoursome. My favourite icecream parlour in the city!
Been here a few times. Great variety of flavours and quite creative too. The gelato are always very creamy with a smooth consistency. The employees are also very friendly. Will probably be a more frequent visitor if it weren't for the calories!
Absolutely delicious ice cream. So incredibly creamy, and every flavour is presented so creatively it makes it hard to choose what to try! The price is worth it.
So exciting to try this ice cream because of the crowdedness. I tried their ice cream cone with 3 different flavours, green tea, belgian chocolate and pistachio. I like their belgian chocolate. The ice cream is so smooth and easy to melt, be careful and don't forget to take some tissues from the shop hehe.
Will be back there for buy another flavours of ice cream but maybe i will prefer to choose the cup one rather than cone.
I've never been to another store that has better Gelato than them. Such a huge variety and just really taste so amazing!! Never get sick of this place.
Some of the nicest gelato i've had. They have a wide range of gelatos and ice creams, including sugar free, dairy free, nut free and gluten free chocolate sorbet which is great for those with allergies or who are trying to cut down on sugar intake. The customer service can be a bit iffy at times, but usually thats when it's most busy and the employees are stressing out. Overall, a lovely little desert place in the heart of the CBD
We love having ice cream here, lots of great flavours especially if you have a gluten or dairy allergy. It's a family favourite for special occasions.
I just had a caramel milkshake here and it was absolutely lovely, flavour came through really well. My friend got a honeycomb and cookie dough cup and says it is very good. The serving sizes are very large, one scoop is like three scoops big.
One of my favourite spots is Brisbane for an icecream after a meal or to stroll the city with. Magnificent
Love the gelato from this place. First tried it about 20 years ago and I keep coming back. So many flavours - coffee, salty caramel, pistachio and cappuccino are among my favourites but there are many other greats, maybe around 25 or 30., Generous serves and good service.
Fantastic customer service from their staff who went above and beyond to save the day after one of the children dropped their iced cream. Thank you so much!
Ice cream was pretty good. Was a little disappointed that they did not have all the flavors from their website available in-store. Specifically, the frosted cinnamon scroll wasn't an option when I went. Also, the lady serving did not seem like she wanted to be there - visibly bored and unenthusiastic.
