Service was alright, little busy but seemed to be a little crazy that day.
Food was really nice, and came out quick. Perfectly cooked to how we wanted.
Would definitely come back.

Had a birthday month special coupon. Our server was really friendly and nice. Us 8 was a very demanding bunch. They wanted dimmer lights and the fans to be switched on. LOL. But they obliged to our demands. Kyla also recommended certain customisations to maximise our voucher.
Ordered 3 rumps & prawns and 3 ribs with different sides and sauces. The sides and sauces were done decently but they are tiny......
Premium ribs were disappointing. A little dry with very little meat to chew on. Not the most value for money.
The normal ribs were tastier in my opinion. Still dry, but the sauce made it a tad better. Couldve marinated it better imo.
Our rumps were supposed to be medium rare. They came rare and one was mooing. Totally under for all 3. Didnt want to make life difficult for Kyla and team. So we decided to chomp on.
What was even more disappointing were the prawns. They tasted fine. But it was dumped on top of the steak with all the sauce. I felt like I was eating in an army cookhouse. You'll get what I mean when you see my photos.
Wouldnt return. Outback is a much better restaurant with similar pricing. The Head Chef at Ribs and Rumps gotta work at it man.

the waitress was friendly and lovely, the food was very average. no taste at all. only the chicken wings that are bathed in buffalo sauce. Looks amazing anyway

The Maitre d' is fantastic! Unfortunately the other wait and kitchen staff let the venue down. It seems as though the staff have been instructed to sell drinks like their lives depend on it - very annoying.
Food was alright, but for the price point, was not impressed at all. Do not under any circumstances order a cocktail - they are expensive and terribly made. Stick to a lemonade.

We went here for my sons 21st birthday as he loves ribs. The original waitress was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the menu and quite cheerful.
We ordered the variety of garlic breads which arrived in a reasonable time and were quite tasty. Crunchy on the outside but light and fluffy inside with a strong but not over-powering garlic taste.
As there were 6 of us we decided to order 2 of the meat platters which came with rump steak, 3 types of ribs, sides and sauces. The serves were very generous and the plates were more than enough for us with some taken home. We ordered 3 medium and 1 rare rib. Unfortunately, the medium were very undercooked with one bordering on blue. It was too much for one of our table and they were sent back to the kitchen, returning 5 minutes latter could to a very nice medium colour.
Our waitress left and things went downhill from there. Besides being introduced to the new waitress we could not get any further service to order further drinks or dessert and after a few attempts the night fizzled and we decided to just go to the register to pay. When asked how are night was we did explain the above and got a half-hearted sorry about. Given that I did not find it cheap I don’t believe this was good enough.
The wine list had some nice wines on it but with an average price in the $40 plus mark I find it excessively expensive.
I gave it positive points for the servings and the original waitress and negative points that I have to send a steak back in a steak restraint and the lack of any service in the 2nd half. This is the 2nd time I have been there and I doubt if I will return.

Dined here tonight with my American gf, asked for well cooked meats, obviously that was too difficult. If it truly is the best ribs & rumps in Brisbane, would you need to advertise it? Mocktail drinks were amazing, as was the refresher towelette...

Went there with a Birthday promotion. Getting $30 discount... awesomeeee steak was thick and juicy. Ribs were well cooked super easy to eat. Love everything there. Staffs are also friendly. However, I prefer more seasoning in mushroom gravy.
