Amazingly accommodating team that were working the closing shift on the evening of Sunday 17/07/22…we arrived bang on 10pm and the team were already performing an obviously thorough-cleaning regime. The lovely lady at the counter detected our sense of urgency to feed hungry kids after doing battle with holiday highway traffic and still cooked us some delicious and GOOD QUALITY burgers. Even politely warned that the grill will take a few extra minutes to get back up to temp. As the owner of a burger restaurant myself, I could not fault these guys and would be proud to have them as the face of my team! Thank you!!

Need to change oil for deep fry...zucchini chips.. was the worst one compared with other grill’d restaurant. Inside cup, full of oil..After 2bites..stopped eating..and they missed drinks...

Unfortunately this was the worst Grill'd restaurant I've experienced. The burger was very poor. Meat patties, texture like something artificial and the herb mayo dipping sauce was old or stock has been left in a warm place. Too many staff mucking around (playing) and still the service was slow. I'm a huge fan of Grill'd but won't be going here again. I should really give it a one star.

Great spot for post sport burger and ginger beer. Biq QLDer a winner, and Build a Burger for the fussy among us is a superb idea. Just wish the toilets didn't require a petrol stationesque key chained to a wooden spoon. Really?

Chips and burgers... my two favourite things. This place does both very well. What would make this place better is the atmosphere, customer service and most of all pricing! For a burger this place is expensive!

As far as Grill'd's go, I probably frequent this one the most. Orders are done really quickly and service is consistently good. The outdoor area is great as I bring my dog down and they give him a nice little container of water. I can't fault the food at all - burgers and chips are always tasty - and that's something to be said about a consistently good burger place!

Have to admit I am a sucker for fries & they do good ones here especially the sweet potato ones. The carnivores are catered for with their super burgers & I have had the vegetarian versions at the West End outlet & can vouch for them too

The staff are always friendly and accommodating at grilld. The burgers are fresh and delicious. I think they should stick to burgers not salads.

Such a great burger cafe! As always the quality of a grilld burger is incredible and the flavour is amazing! Being that this one isn't linked to a shopping centre it's not quite as busy as per usual but has such great service!

Was here a few months ago and very impressed with Grill'd's consistency with quality control across all their branches. Definitely one of the best burger franchise around. Every burger were at good quality and service is always friendly. QC and staff trainings maintains this outlet on top of many of their competitors, great job. As a customer I will always feel confident everytime I step into a Grill'd restaurant.

Great Burgers. This place has out of all the Gill'ds I have been to the Best Service and Burgers. They are always friendly and it's great to see the Owner Jason getting in there and working hard on a Friday. They have the best Chips and the suggestion to add bacon to a sweet Chilli Chicken burger is a winner. Thanks Jason. the Cider Sluchies are also a great treat now its getting warmer.

The boys are hot made for eating my meal so much better. Totally pleasurable and would so come here again. Ask for lad in red hat with the French back ground. The lad is all about the the service and has a handsome smile also enjoyed the Queenslander burger x2 chips were the bomb and over all just great place to eat.

Can't go wrong burgers are fantastic, so is Caesar salad. Very sweet slushy mix (with alcohol or without) is great on hot days. Couple of fantastic staff that I can't help but smile back at. Chips and herb mayo to share. Yum. Nice place, casual and has heat lamps when it's chilly.

One of my faves!. Who doesn 't like Grill'd?<br/>Healthy burgers with fresh ingredients are the go here, my favourite is the Tuscan Delight chicken burger. Also good is the Queenslander burger. actually, everything I've tried here is good, with the exception of a disappointing steak burger. But I've been here countless times, so that's not a bad track record.<br/>the chips are fantastic, especially with the Aoli sauce. <br/>Very intresting drinks stocked, not your usual soft drinks. I usually get a cherry or pomegrante juice, but they also serve beer and bourbon and cokes. <br/>very festive and fun atmosphere, love the red lights everywhere. <br/>We bring our out of town guests here for something casual and fun, they always love it!

Surprising & Excellent. A busy hamburger & salad cafe on Racecourse Road. Excellent service, easy to order and fast to receive your food.<br/>The place was humming on a Sunday night.<br/>You can order a beer or wine which was nice.<br/>I don't normally go to these places so it was a lot of fun and great atmosphere.<br/>I would go back.

Healthy and Tasty!. This is one of a chain of Restaurant's that have high Gourmet Burger standards. Every kind of Burger is a winner depending on your tase, and fresh, flavoursome ingredients are used. The atmosphere is young 'n funky (in a good way) and the Staff - particularly at Ascot - are friendly and relaxed. There's a choice of 3 types of Buns (Panini, Gluten Free(!) and "Traditional" which is like a Wholemeal) baked daily, and made especially for the Grill'd Restaurants I believe.<br/><br/>Apparently, no Artificial Preservatives or added Sugar are in the Buns, and the Patties are Preservative free, so munch away knowing you haven't been loading up on empty calories and chemicals. Vegetarian options are available.<br/><br/>(Oh, and order the Chips - they're full of flavour, and don't forget the Herbed Mayo dressing - DELISH!)
