The coffee was the best experienced in the South Bank vicinity. A big feat. This time around there was no healthy muesli, just flat out unadulterated bacon, egg, cheese and some other stuff in bread to help nurse a badass hangover. Also a smoothie that went down a treat, it had antioxidants in it, or something like that. It was great. All of these objects were brought out swiftly. A terrific experience it has to be said.
This upmarket cafe seemed like a pretty good place to go after watching a movie at South Bank cinemas. The hot chocolate was pretty nice and I liked how they served it in a clear cup with marshmallows on the side.
Came here for dinner recently and it was excellent. The food was so tasty and the service was excellent. Lovely staff. Would highly recommend!
I brought my young son here for breakfast before embarking to Southbank for the day. It is a lovely clean venue I would class as informal and casual but pleasant with an abundance of air and light. You could dress up or down. Good service, very nice and attentive to waiting patrons. Good food quality, good coffee, perfectly cooked eggs & bacon and the hollandaise, haloumi & fritters were very tasty
Stumbled upon this near cafe at the QPAC, and about 100 meters from Brisbane Convention and Exhibition center. Jessie wanted a coffee and ended up having a Chardonnay! I had chai latte-very creamy, and kind of overwhelmed the chai. Business type setup with some poshy amalgam ambience. Traffic is right at the side entrances (Grey St).
This was the first place we came across when we were looking for breakfast... We ordered the Pancakes which were ok but I wish I'd ordered the Eggs Benedict given the little price difference... Probably will look for someone else for lunch...
