Second time I've eaten here, first time was November 2014 and it's still great. Fast and GREAT service, late night pizza bar.
Good looking menu, great quality pizzas and bases. Really yummy stuff.

Nestled between Alfred & Costance and Kwan Brothers, somehow a visit to Alfredo's Pizzeria has eluded me for the past five years.
I was glad that I finally made it in and was delighted to learn that they serve four different pizzas by the slice (1/4 of the full pizza), so I ordered The Chuck Berry and The Boss. The best part of both pizzas was the hand stretched crust - delightful. The tomato sauce is a bit spicy and dominates the flavor, but the pizzas were quite enjoyable.
The Chuck Berry (aka The Original) consisted of Tomato, Oregano, Mozzarella and Fresh Basil. At $5.90 this rated 3.5.
The Boss was Pepperoni, Tomato and Mozzarella. The only complaint here is that there was very little pepperoni and the flavor was overpowered by the tomato sauce. Still, this was very nice. At $6.90, this rated a 3.5.
Great air conditioning, carafes of water served with crushed ice and wood fired pizzas with great crust make Alfredo's Pizzeria worthy of a visit .
Have been here a few times now and have left happy each time. The pizza is delicious - I particularly love the 'Sex Pistols', mmm. Surprised to see reviews on here mentioning bad service, as I have never had any issues.
Fresh pizzas and not greasy. I've been been here 5 times now and never had a bad experience. I've been at different times of the day with different sized groups. I love that you can order a full pizza or by the slice. Perfect for trying out the different pizzas. Brown sugar and sweet home Alabama are worth trying, both delicious.
My absolute favourite pizza place in Brisbane. Yes it can get a little noisy but I'm usually too distracted by the amazing pizza to notice.
Visited here before a night out last weekend. The pizza was delish! In fact it was so good my friend and I came back after a few hours at Alfred and Constance. I loved Brown Sugar and Sex Pistols. Open late which is great for after a late night drinking snack!
Finally made it to A&C's famous pizzeria, Alfredo's! Definitely worth the wait, we got the "American idiot" (a beef rib pizza) and the "sweet home Alabama (which has BBQ sauce and popcorn chicken on it!). Get a whole pizza because you can take your remaining slices home with you. Great restaurant and location, and the validate parking for the lot across the road which is handy. Being joined to Dougnut Time next door, they have an incredible dessert option, a legendary DT Nutella donut served with ice cream and hazelnuts.
Have been here twice, once with a group of friends and another with my husband. Both times the place was packed and the music was pumping. Service is good for a place that is so busy and they generally were happy and looked to be having fun whilst working. Only downside is perhaps the music was a little too loud as it was difficult to have a conversation without raising your voice and when everyone else is also doing it and the space is small, it can cause a headache.
Pizza's are to die for with many unconventional pizzas on offer. I love thin and crispy bases and it certainly delivered! You can also ask for their chilli oil to put onto your pizza if you're after an extra kick! The drinks are good, we had a jug of sangria and it went nicely with our pizzas.
Last time when I tried out Doughnut Time, I could hardly miss the large sign next door for Alfredo's Pizzeria. I made a mental note to try it out next time I had urges for pizza. Thankfully, that was quite soon. We arrived rather late in the afternoon to find that there were still several tables munching happily on pizza. I noted the wood fire oven immediately upon grabbing a table.

Was pretty excited to finally visit this Pizza joynt and I was not disappointed.
I ordered the wild mushroom and truffle pizza as well as the mushroom Arancini (Yups I love mushrooms).
When you slice through the Arancini melty Fontina cheese just oozes out and you can see pieces of the mushrooms. Definitely good Arancini and the creamy garlic mayo along with the cheese crisp were the perfect accompaniment.
The pizza flavours were spot on, but the pizza dough needed to be less soggy in the middle.
Keen to come back and try their pasta and drinks.
Amazing pizzas, great atmosphere and quick service! I can not rave about this place enough. The food is so delicious and the service is great!
Really good pizza in brissy! First time we went, the combinations sounded a bit odd (not your typical traditional Italian) but we thought the pizzas were great! The desert pizza too was amazing!
Delicious!. I have been wanting to try Alfredo's for a while and it didn't disappoint! The pizzas are delicious and have excellent bases. I loved the Sweet Home Alabama and Butthole Surfers. The atmosphere is also great, and perfect for a small or large group. Will be back!
Great food!. I came here last Saturday night with my partner and we started with herbed garlic bread - delicious! Loved our mains - the gnocchi was lovely and homemade and he enjoyed the wood fired Sweet Home Alabama pizza. The atmosphere was also fun - will definitely be back!!
Gluten Free Pizzas are the bomb!. Hands down, the best Gluten Free Pizza's I've had. Pizza's are on the more expensive side for their size and the amount of toppings, but they are consistently yummy so i'll let it slide. Mostly positive experiences with the staff, although had issues splitting the bill a few times and the restaurant is quite cramped and the music is too loud so best to avoid at peak times. Definitely worth a visit for the food though.
I had the best Saturday, the atmosphere in this place is great also the prince prosciuto pizza is divine..plus the gorgeous italian man is really nice will be back!
Always a fun time. (P) iggy and the stooges pizza is my faaaav! Definitely needs more topping though, pile it on! Also recommend the Pimm's cocktail jug, so fresh and delicious. We were served by a lovely young lady and she was very friendly. Great restaurant!
Busy & noisy but a great start to a Saturday night. I started my Saturday night here a few weeks ago with some girlfriends and loved it.
As everyone has said already it is very noisy and at times it does make it hard to hear so if you are after an intimate night this isn't the place.
But the pizzas were great and full of flavour, the jug of Pimms was great. It was a perfect start to a night out, I will be back.
The pizza's are amazing. Keep returning here. Fast service and wide variety to choose from.
MMmmm.... Nutella Pizza! Nutella Pizza! Oh, and the other pizza is pretty good too :P
Great atmosphere, excellent staff, and the best gnocchi I have ever eaten!
Alfredo's. We went early for a Saturday lunch and there was no one there. Service was a little slow considering there was no one else there. Otherwise, we ordered 2 pizzas. Both we're quite oily (ie dripping) which I don't usually enjoy but they were both delicious. They have lots of beers on tap. Overall, I would go back but only after I'd smashed out a big cardio session at the gym!
Bring your Earplugs. I went to Alfredo's for dinner on a Saturday with a friend. I normally avoid the valley at night, due to parking... but my friend really wanted to go.
We were able to get a table right away without a booking. Unfortunately it was right near the speakers. This place blasts music very loud. I had to resort to texting my friend sitting right next to me to be able to hear it. I'm sure they are violating some workplace health and safety standards for noise in a workplace. If it was this loud at an industrial workplace... it would be shut down.
Anyway, on to the food. I had the "sweet home Alabama" and my friend had the "Pork Sugar Sex Magic". The pizzas came out pretty fast. They were blazingly hot, so it seems the service was very attentive.
My pizza was delicious, hers not so much. It was a little on the salty side and the pork was very dry.
On to dessert. I had the Banoffee Pie... Amazing... her the nutella pana cotta... devine.
I touched on the service before, it was great... much better than the other two restaurants in this group (I'm pretty sure this place, A&C and Chester St are all owned by the same people).
I'd go back, but I'd bring earplugs
Good pizza good drinks good times!
BEST SATURDAY! music is gre.... BEST SATURDAY!
music is great awesome vibe also Christianoooo loveeeee u Xxx
Hot place. It is well set up it serves the purpose good food young crowd nice place for everyone under 30 well done guys
One of Fortitude Valley's Italian Gems. I came to Alfredo's Pizzeria with a friend for my belated 21st birthday dinner at the beginning of January 2014. All I can say is I'm glad that I found out about this restaurant, as I think I may have found Brisbane's best pizza place (or certainly one of Brisbane's best pizza places). We ordered the 'Pizza Formerly Known as Prince', and I ordered a slice of the 'Chuck Berry' and the 'Sex Pistols' pizzas respectively on top of that. All of the different types of pizza that I tasted really hit the spot - the pastry was just right, and whilst they could sometimes be a bit oily, the pizzas were completed by tangy cheese and delicious, meaty toppings. They went down well with the Diet Coke that I sipped slowly throughout my meal. For dessert, we shared the Raspberry and White Chocolate Dessert Pizza, and I almost wish that I had eaten the entire pizza by myself! The pastry was sweet and soft, not to mention complimented well by creamy white chocolate sauce, juicy raspberries and sugar dusted on top of the pizza. The design of the restaurant was hip and artistic, with a good ambience provided by the open dining area and music that largely hailed from the year 2009, which brought back memories of more carefree times. The service throughout our dining experience was also of a high standard, with the attractive, well-dressed wait-staff being prompt to take our orders and top up our glasses of water. On the whole, my friend and I were very pleased with our dining experience. Although the meals are not cheap, you get what you pay for in terms of taste and service. I would certainly recommend Alfredo's Pizzeria to anyone who is on the lookout for a hearty pizza and a sinfully good dessert to eat; whether they are looking for somewhere unique to take their friends or a date, or simply just somewhere to grab a satisfying meal before a long night of cocktails and clubbing.
Amazing! Loved everything a.... Amazing!
Loved everything about my visit to Alfredo's. Everything about my meal was delicious and I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. Highly recommended!
Great pizza. I've eaten lunch here a few times and the pizzas are fantastic. Really can't fault them - they have been consistently delicious and I think fairly authentic Italian style with an Aussie twist. The service is a bit patchy - friendly but not necessarily super attentive. I've only eaten there when it's been fairly quiet and I would question whether the service keeps up when it's at capacity. Today we were the only customers to start off with yet had to catch the wait staff's attention to take our order. I also think the music is too loud. Altho they did turn it down during lunch today to an acceptable volume (and it wasn't because I said anything).
Alfredo's is one of The Best place in Brisbane, pizza is superb, staff is excellent, great atmosphere also is pretty cheap,I'll be back!!
Fantastic Pizza and Pasta I.... Fantastic Pizza and Pasta
I'm visiting QLD with my wife and kids and we stopped at Alfredos ....and then we came back again...and again. It is one of the few places outside Italy where you can find excellent pizza and pasta (and dessert) served with the Italian kindness of the manager Christiano and the people working there.More, it was a great surprise to me (I'm celiac - gluten intolerant) being able to find a gluten free pizza that is really tasteful and well topped as a "real pizza". Thanks again Alfredo's and for sure you'll see me again when back n Brisbane!!
Best restaurant!! Omg I had.... Best restaurant!!
Omg I had the best Saturday love Alfredo's I'll be back thanks
Cool little restaurant, great vibe, friendly service all round, pizza is delish, what more could you ask for?
Best pizza in Brisbane. Have been three times, and each time the pizza has been faultless! The staff are super friendly and helpful, food is really tasty and the ambience rocks. Slightly disappointed the prices have gone up lately, and also that the pasta dishes were taken off the meny, but that's not going to stop me coming back and enjoying a great restaurant.
AMAZING!!
4 of us- last night-saturday ... We had to wait a few minutes for our table, not a problem because they looked after us with a smile, a little chat, a glass of Prosecco, they just know how to welcome customers..The waiters know exactly what they are talking about, brilliant! Amazing food, we decided for a few specials pizza and they were special.. We will be back!
Absolutely fantastic. The food was to die for, service could have been a bit better though. Pretty decent prices
Great Food Although it took.... Great Food
Although it took a little while to be seated, it was a busy Saturday night and once seated we had a wonderful meal with good service. Highly recommended.
Amazing atmosphere and Service!
Had after work drinks and dinner in a Friday night with 4 friends.Fantastic atmosphere and music,Ordered the axel pizza, but wasnt what I expected ,the waiter noticed and offered me another meal which I chose the prosciutto pizza. Very tasty and flavoursome! Was just astounded by outstanding service cause not many restaurants go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Will be back again! Thanks
I loooveeeee this place!food, atmosphere, staff you guys are awesome!!!
BEST FRIDAY! I love this pl.... BEST FRIDAY!
I love this place! Really cool atmosphere and homemade Italian food, sexy Italian waiters..What's not to like?
First time at Alfredo's last night and I will be going back. Service was excellent, the pizza was soooo good. I didn't find the prices outrageous.Simply awesome!!
Great pizza. Really enjoyed the pizzas, brown sugar was amazing! Great service,, friendly helpful staff!
Best atmosphere!. The vibe of this place is so awesome. It's kinda of like the best of the trendy american bar feel, infiltrated by Italians. The pizzas were fantastic, particularly the Wild Things (I don't usually even eat mushrooms) and Rock the Casbah. (Piggy and the Stooges wasn't bad either). The cocktail jugs are great too. Sharing the pizzas and drinks with friends made it a very reasonably priced night out!

A modern type of pizza. Had dinner the other day with my wife and ordered the garlic bread (very tasty) and also a large pizza.
Not the biggest pizza's (6 slices) but still very unique combination of pizza toppings.
Was a lovely experience
We dined at Alfredo's for a Friday lunch. Great atmosphere, quick and friendly service. A tad bit noisey, but it was expected.
Come for the food, stay for the service.. I've been dining at Alfredo's for a while now and it's become a bit of a regular go to place for it's good fun vibes and tasty food. Alfredo's has this perfect mix of the American style pizzeria mixed with the authentic albeit modern Italian. The service is always great, particularly considering the restaurant can be packed at times. The manager is always welcoming and generates the energy that makes this place a little more authentic. The roast mushrooms are a favourite along with the arancini especially when accompanied by a glass or two of the sangria.

Good food and Great vibes. Have been here a few times now and although there have been negative comments about the volume of music, they have since turned it down to a more comfortable level. The feel of the place is exactly what they advertise; sex, pizza and rock and roll. The music is awesome and the food is better with a big commendation to the manager Christiano who greeted us with all the charm of a gorgeous Italian man and recommended the eggplant bruschetta which is some of the best I've eaten and would order again. The rest of the staff were fun and attentive even though the place was packed. The cocktails are pretty darn tasty too and I'd definitely recommend Alfredo's for those who want the bar/ restaurant experience either on a weekend before a night out, or even just a simple mid-week dinner and drinks.
Incredible food, awesome staff & the best music. Pizza & rock n' roll, what more could you possibly want?
I love this place.
Nice pizza, friendly staff, and funky decor! Interesting music....
This is the best pizza place in Brisbane. I know that's a big call, but here's why: (1) they deliver amazing wood fired pizzas made the way they should be and all the way till midnight; (2) they will also deliver beer (or verve clicquot ladies and gentlemen(!)); and (3) (and by far the most important reason) they use the finest and most delicious ingredients on their pizzas. Their pizza base is astonishingly light and fluffy. I'm happy to pay a premium for a premium product every time. We need to get behind these guys. If we don't, we'll be left with horrible mass produced, anything-to-save-a-few-cents-per-sale kind of pizzas. Or worse they might cut back on premium ingredients as their loyal fan base (me included) slowly discover the changes and give up on them. I hope they never do. As a better musician than me once said, "Its better to burn out than to fade away".

I've been here a few times. Every time the bases are great. Toppings are simple and the pizza isn't over stacked like so many. The service could be better and the place is very dark...
The fact for me is that I enjoy the food and that's what I'm really looking at when I go out to eat.
Delicious pizza and yummy drinks!
Music is a little loud so if you are wanting to talk over dinner, maybe don't come here. Not very family friendly as the place is pretty dimly lit too.
