Always tasty, healthy food. I recommend the breakfast burrito. Mild is not very spicy at all, which I like. Fruit toast with ricotta and honey is a nice option.

Since moving to the gap in December 2020 this has been my local and it's awsome. The hospitality and culture the lodge team display here everyday is impressive and refreshing.
I'm always greeted by everyone with a smile and the service is above the standard for a small Cafe.

Big fan of eating out around the gap, heard high praise for this cafe but upon arrival the atmosphere felt bland, lifeless and unwelcoming. The food was heavily overpriced especially the avocado toast as it was plain and underwhelming. My food was very cold upon arrival and the wait was at least 30
Great coffee and service. The breakfast burrito is incredibly delicious if you’d like to get some food in. Accommodating staff, happy to cater to me when I started needing to cut down on my coffee intake (half strength/quarter strength etc).
Lovely donut but ordinary coffee as it wasn’t served hot. Coffee taste was good but literally scullable because it was slightly warm only and chai wasn’t mixed. Takeaways end up being tipped. And after tipping, check out the unmixed bits in the bottom. If they can dial up the temperature on the coff
Good for takeaway and casual eating in, whilst expensive for what you'll get... don't go there for a special occasion (was really disappointed for a birthday visit) but for a casual catchup it's a great local, with staff (it's got a great family feel) doing their best
