Always consistent delicious Pho. Broth is full of flavour and complexity. Worth crossing the river for. I always come in with plans to try something different but fall back to my favourite Combination Pho.
I've been here twice now to get take away. The food was fine, not great but not bad either.
Both times the owner or manager was the most arrogant man I have come across.
I thought he may have just been having a bad day the first time, but the second time he was even ruder.

Conveniently located in the middle of Market Square we like their Combination Beef Pho (Dac Biet) and Bun Bo Hue.
Arrived at 12PM and the seating situation was a mess. Several groups that arrived after us were seated first. Eventually we were seated and I was seated in the corner right beside a pillar of some kind. I barely had room to sit back without hitting my head but I just leaned forward to avoid this.

Fiest time there, nice food, bad service from the old man (owner?). I asked if he could provide some chilli as I love spicy food. I went to a number of pho restaurants in the south side. IMO, this is the best. The beef broth is light and yet full of flavour. It tastes slight sweet. If you order different types of noodle soup, you get different broth, eg chicken is different to the beef one and the clear noodle is different as
It’s a bit coolish weather so We decided to grab a Pho from Pho Hien Vuong. I’m strongly disappointed with the service especially the guy behind the counter.
