We came here with some colleagues on Thursday night and the food was fantastic. I ordered the sirloin medium to well done and it was excellent. The salad was good as were the sweet potato fries. One of my colleagues ordered the beef cheek and he absolutely loved it. I came the next day for dinner with my wife and daughter. My daughter had the Singapore noodles and loved every bit of it. My wife and I had the sirloin steak medium to well done and it was perfect (again). I highly recommend this place. Next time I am in Brisbane, this will be the only place I will have dinner at.
Best steak, salad and mash I have ever had. Steak was seasoned and perfectly cooked salad was fresh and had lots of tomatoes not just one or two like other places, onions in the salad were picked and amazing and salad dressing was great. The mash was also seasoned and so creamy every aspect of the dish was great and delicious I couldn't fault one thing. I will happily drive from my house which is over an hour away to eat here.
Great spot in the hub of Brisbane, a variety of classic British pub meals to choose from. I tried the beer battered barramundi and chips with mushy peas and tartare sauce. The beer batter was very crispy and tasted divine. The presentation was phenomenal, the fish and chips are wrapped in a newspaper printed paper which took me back to UK, I would definitely recommend it and go back for more! We also had their rump steak and fish and chips from the kids meal.

We visited for lunch on Saturday. The staff were great, chatty and helpful. I ordered the rump and my wife had the fillet steak. My steak was a perfect med/rare and my wife's was slightly over med/rare. However, no dramas! Still tasted good with fresh chips and an acceptable stock salad. Prices were on par with other pub type restaurants and not overly expensive for the CBD.
Only complaint, if you can call it a complaint, is that American mustard is not Hot English mustard! (But thanks for your efforts!)
Overall, very good for a 'pubgrub' steak with good service.

Service was a bit over the top and I felt rushed, it was my birthday and was having a night out for it. Asked many Times if ready to order. Ordered oysters for entree and were super fresh and delicious. Then straight after that our mains came. I ordered reef and beef, three tasty king prawns with a little tough "medium rare " (more like medium to well). Partner ordered the bug which came with one and a half bugs five massive king prawns and calamari. All was extremely fresh and tasty. Too much to finish.
