Had an amazing salted caramel shake. The staff have been consistently welcoming and cheerful. My server was Dennis and he was very attentive and helpful with the menu. The other staff were also lovely. Tables were clean and it was a relaxed vibe. Loved it!

Not busy on Saturday, then found out that the very good reason for it could be a ridiculous weekend surcharge! Yes, they charge extra %10 on the weekends! 9.5$ for a decent milkshake. I will rather go somewhere else. Definitely NOT coming back or recommending

Went here for lunch the other weekend, YES LITERALLY LUNCH, and it was amazing. As always, the MB experience was impeccable, but you always feel a little overwhelmed and in a sugar coma afterwards. Just remember that when ordering – everything is rich and big.

Just waited 15 min in the “queue” and left. Actually there was no queue was only me in the till looking to 4 staff working and ignoring me. I was the only one in the cashier still they didnt served me. Now that im writing this review I remember that the last time i came here the chocolate in the sho

I ordered Uber eats and it was not as good as getting max brenner from the restaurant. The waffle wasn’t warmed up and taste stale and ordered extra strawberries didn’t receive them and no banana either. The strawberries I received were off and unedable. Such a shame.

Nice place.. and easy access. I have tried their coffee. And it is good. Btw customer service is awesome. You will be happy when you go..

I semi-frequently visit this Max Brenner and on every occasion the staff are friendly and polite. The tables are always clear and the venue is very clean.
