Had a some lovely meals with some friends. We ordered a variety of dishes and drinks. They were all fabulous. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the portion sizes were very generous and the atmosphere was lovely. Parking seem easy enough to find and the diners that had the steaks loved them.
We have lived in Brisbane for four years now and keep driving past this hotel with the sign saying best steak in Brisbane. We were looking for somewhere to eat lunch so decided today was the day we'd try the place.

Sorry for the low score but have been here many times (50+) and taken many friends here but the last several times has been very disappointing. The food was great, steak perhaps a little more medium than medium rare but still damn good. Mushroom sauce a winner, oysters fresh and delicious. Only complaint is the app to order and pay, I'd much rather have table service and discuss the food with staff rather than scan a QR and scroll. Cheap
Always an absolute pleasure to visit. We know we are getting a fantastic meal and a very reasonable price.
On a side note...I wish I ordered a dozen kilpatrick oysters just for myself and not to share 😋 They are bloody outstanding!
