Horrible Customer Service, First time at Shady Palms Cafe, older man very rude. It’s 5pm and freezing, I put the heater on to stay warm and one of the male staff comes out and yells at me. Caught me off guard, very disappointing. I would recommend training staff on customer service.

Great atmosphere and location. Classic 'hotel style' food but with an extra touch. Special mention to the 1/2kg of prawns + Tiger for only $18. A bar/restaurant to visit if you are in the amazing Stones Corner suburb!
